Once Call has taken care of my lawn for 10 years including treatment, seeding and aeration. When I have had questions, I have often times been able to talk with owners to take care of my needs. Great service and the stripe in my yard has never looked better!

The technicians do a wonderful job and go out of their way to answer any questions you may have. The owners are easily accessible as well. One Call Lawn Care is an excellent company. We have used them for several years. They are honest and dependable. They do twice the work for half of the cost of other local lawn services. The owner gets personally involved, which you will not find at any other lawn service. I would highly recommend them to commercial as well as residential.

Yes the pictures of the damaged yard with a truck in the driveway are indeed pictures of my and my neighbors yard.

These are the facts..
1. My lawn is one of the most beautiful lawns in the neighborhood.
2. One call has maintained this lawn for 12 years.
3. Over that 12 year period. I have been very pleased with one calls lawn service
4. Many neighbors have commented the cause as insects, vandalism, to faulty application.
5. I had no idea what happened. I am not a lawn care professional. One Call are the professionals.
6. One Call advised it was definitely vandalism.
7. I have since spent 500 dollars on cameras to monitor the perimeter of my home.
8. I didn't cancel service with One Call.

This is a terrible company!!! After they got through with my yard I had weeds, huge mushrooms, burnt grass from the chemicals and fungus. The owner Scott Jones constantly lied and denied any wrong doing even after he came out to put a chemical down to green up the lawn after his person chemically burnt it. He said it needed to dry up because of so much rain we had been getting so that the fungus could go away and then just a few days later stated the reason I had the fungus all through my yard is because it needed to be watered. Whenever I complained about an issue and believe me there were several, he would constantly say that was not something his company treated. I was suppose to get a grub treatment with the 7 applications which I never received. I told him I wanted a full refund since I had prepaid but instead he only returned the remaining amount left from my prepayment and NEVER offered me any compensation for the terrible way he and his company left my lawn!

Prime Exterior Pros did an outstanding job on our project. The crew arrived at 6:30 AM and worked like clockwork all day, finishing by 5:00 PM. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic were impressive from start to finish.

They took great care to protect our property, covering items with tarps, moving our patio furniture out of the way before starting, and putting everything back when the job was complete. They also checked the yard multiple times for loose nails and thoroughly cleaned up the work area.

The finished result looks fantastic, and we've already received compliments from neighbors passing by. It's refreshing to work with a company that shows up on time, does exactly what they say they're going to do, and takes pride in their work.

I highly recommend Prime Exterior Pros. They delivered an excellent product and an even better customer experience.

Couldn't be happier with the work of Prime Construction - full redo of the outside of my house. It is incredible - it's like I have a whole new home! I found Prime Constructon on Angi's list. Not knowing much about sideing the pro (Jim) came out and and was able to answers all my questions, it was a very postived experence. No pressure. The crew was very professional and did a wonderful job.... it was a "Big" job. I would have "NO" problem having this company work for me again if I needed there services. We used Prime Construction for our basement remodel and they blew our minds! The owner, Jarrett, was professional and upfront about every aspect. We didn't have to second guess anything and the quality of work that was done was unparalleled. I never had to micro manage, or really have to ask for any remedies, because what we mapped out initially, was done according to plan - with precise execution.

I can't say enough about this company and the phenomenal work they did for us. I've been passing out cards, as we live in a newer neighborhood; and locals are asking about and seeing the amazing work that was performed. I would get these guys on the books ASAP; because with their professionalism, and truly amazing work like this, they'll be backed up thru 2021.

Job: siding, stone, gutters and shutters

I owe a huge thank you to the crew from prime construction! What was supposed to be an easy exterior remodel for old broken, missing and chipped aluminum siding turned into a bigger job than we all thought. The crew found rotten and damaged wood in the frame underneath the siding and did the right thing. They took pictures so I could see it and the owner made sure to reach out to me to explain and get permission before continuing. They made the effort to do the job right and replace the wood where a lot of contractors would have just slapped siding on top and collected their pay for the job done. They were respectful of my curious doggo and picked up after themselves too.

Will definitely use them for future exterior jobs!

The quality of the work performed was average however the estimate greatly misrepresented the time required to complete the work. It is reasonable that the timeline would be longer than normal due to national supply chain issues but the false hope that the work would be done within 5 weeks and then subsequently revised to 3 months when it ultimately took 5.5 months is unacceptable. Additionally, the project manager failed to consistently communicate any updates of the project timeline throughout this extended time. I originally hoped I would be able to use this company for multiple home remodeling projects however after this experience, I will be looking for other companies.

We are very pleased with the siding that was replaced on our home. The workers were professional, skilled and courteous. They coordinated well with our insurance company and took care of everything for us. They even worked during the cold month of January. Highly recommended.

Everyone on the painting team worked so hard and the work was of very high quality. They sanded and stained my front porch and it is absolutely gorgeous. The repairs on my garage look great, and so do my new gutters. I would definitely recommend this company. They are reliable and professional.

Jim Davison was awesome getting some roof work coordinated. Very responsive and easy to work with!

We used Prime Construction to install James Hardie siding on our house. Jarrett (owner) and Cole (project manager) were great to work with. They are extremely responsive and professional. Our project took a little extra planning and creativity, and they were great with that. We got held up by weather a bit, but they were always in communication. I would recommend them.

Prime did a wonderful job twice - on a new roof installation on our existing structure and addition, and then again on repair work after a tree removal company dropped a tree on our house less than two months later!

Prime, and Cole and Jarrett in particular, were extremely professional and responsive on both occasions. The finished product looks great! I highly recommend!

Working with Prime Construction on my roof replacement was a great decision. Dylan M was a fantastic project manager and the roofing crew was swift, tidy and ensured the job was done correctly.

When the crew ran into an unforeseen issue, it was discussed with me and fixed with the right materials. The owner hand delivered the necessary materials so that the crew could keep working.

Afterwards, they cleaned up well and Dylan stopped by once again to climb on the roof and inspect the job and ensure all materials were hauled from the job site.

Highly recommend prime for any exterior home repairs or renovations.
