By far the worst company I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to interact with. Have had service with them for years to only see my yard slowly decline into a weed infested landscape. Don't bother leaving messages or notes because they NEVER read them. Zero communication between the office and technicians. Different "field specialists" (actually laughing at the use of specialists) nearly every time. Had manager come out multiple times, even to apply product himself to just see weeds continue to grow. Either their products don't work at all or they have watered it down to nothing. Stay away if you value your money or lawn.

Bobby Burt, the sales guy, will hit you with every sales gimmick in the book — “This is the lowest deal ever,” “I’ve been here forever,” and my personal favorite, “If you have any issues, call me directly — I’ll make it right.” Well, I’m here to tell you: once Bobby closes the deal, he disappears. Calls go unanswered, texts ignored.

He gave a very detailed explanation of what to expect during our first service visit — none of which actually happened. The technician arrived and, believe it or not, tried to leave without doing anything. Luckily, I was watching and walked outside, which seemed to guilt him into staying. I expected a walkthrough or at least a quick intro (again, first visit), but he just laughed and said, “I don’t know why they told you that,” and informed me he’d be there for less than two minutes to “throw something down” and then I’d get an email with the details later.

It was about to storm, and I asked if spraying would even be effective. He shrugged and said, “If I do it fast enough, it should be fine.” What followed was a rushed, erratic spray job that barely covered the yard. It’s now been over a week, and you can clearly see where he sprayed — and more importantly, where he didn’t.

I tried reaching back out to Bobby about all this, but of course — radio silence. I’ve had to go through the main customer service line, which is fine, but don’t promise personalized service and then ghost your customers when there’s an issue.

All in all, this has been a waste of time and money for very mediocre results. Save yourself the hassle, the aggressive sales pitch, and the disappointment — drive to Menards, buy your own spray, and do it yourself.

Our tech was very knowledgeable. He made sure to educate me on several aspects of our lawn’s needs. He made sure to apply the proper nutrients in addition to weed control. The lawn looks better than it has the past years.

TruGreen applied their TruShrub Bark & Foliage Protection to our property earlier this week, and we’re already seeing a noticeable difference! Just a few days later, our trees are looking healthier, more vibrant, and overall much better. It’s impressive how quickly the treatment seems to be working. We’re very pleased with the results so far and look forward to seeing continued improvement. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking to boost the health and appearance of their trees and shrubs!

Tru Green fulfilled their promise when I initiated a chat about finding new patches of thistle after my last service. They said a technician would be out for a free followup treatment within 3 business days, and sure enough, he was. The technician asked me where my concern was. Additionally, he said he would walk the whole property and spot treat anything else he saw. Kudos to him for taking the extra step!

I'll admit Trugreen got me they talk a good game. A tech came out on the 10th a faked a treatment as if I didnt have camera's on the property put down a sign and left..... not sure how much this happens with other people but I recommend you be home to make sure the job is done. Also since trugreen has been treating my lawn I have had more dandelion in my yard then I've ever had.... just know my days with trugreen have come to an end.

Spoke with Christian about my lawn. He is very professional and has good people skills. He knows the business and can explain things very well to the customer. He is a great asset to your team.

This is not the first time they’ve sent a technician, but he does absolutely NOTHING. He just sits in his truck, then after a few minutes places a yard sign and claims the job is done.

This feels like a scam. I have video recordings of every visit as proof.

They keep charging my bank account for services that are not performed. I will be filing a report against TruGreen.

Today makes the second time that i watched on my cameras the company come out and spray a portion of my yard. Nothing was sprayed on the side yard and no attempt to even enter my back yard. I would be more understanding if this was the first time this happen but yet this is the second time that they tried to get away with this! Called to speak to a manager and was told nobody was available.I have a ton of people i know that use their services and will make sure people see my videos, are aware and pay attention to what they are paying for like i do.

Dave has been treating our trees and shrubs for over 20 years. We appreciate his thoroughness in manuvering around our heavily planted yard. Others have attempted to do the job, but Dave gets the job done! We only want Dave to service our property! Thank you, Dave!!

This is the first negative review I have ever posted on Google. We’ve been Trugreen customers for twenty years. Our backyard is full of weeds and crabgrass. They take no pride in their service. It is time for a new company!

Alan came out and did a thorough spraying of the weeds that have been thriving in my backyard since I started TruGreen. That was in June. And then he put feed down so that my grass would grow in much better. I was very happy with the application today.

They came out and aerated and seeded the lawn and I’ve never seen such a mess made. This was after I cleaned up all the mud and dirt off the driveway. They also decided to make some rounds around the neighbors driveway, so I had the pleasure of cleaning up after them over there as well. Avoid at all costs.

Another classic Truegreen line that they’ve used on me multiple times is - “Well is this your first season with us?” I’m assuming they say this because very few customers actually last multiple seasons after being disappointed. If you want to see what a Truegreen lawn looks like after multiple seasons look no further!

Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Appreciated the factual and straightforward discussion regarding which trees should be removed and why, and also how they were going to go about trimming the trees. Expectations of the work to be done was clear and their scheduling was hasslefree. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for quality tree service.

Andrew and the team were helpful and communicative throughout the process. They were highly responsive and accommodating when adjustments were needed. Very happy we went with AC for our siding and gutters.

We loved AC Roofing! They put new roofs on our entire condo complex- 20 buildings. They did an excellent job- the crew was amazing- worked so hard and their clean up each night was incredible!! The onsite manager, Ryan, was here every day to help with operations- super nice guy! Andrew, the owner, was always available. Kendall took amazing drone photos too!
