This is the second time we've used AC Roofing & Siding. The first was six years ago when we had all the trim on our house replaced. It was a very good experience, so we called again when we decided to replace our vinyl siding with Hardie siding. The house looks amazing (before and after pics included). The crew did a great job and Ryan and Andrew were very responsive. When we need a new roof in the future, I'll be calling them again.

I highly recommend AC Roofing & Siding. From the very first meeting with the owner, Andrew, the dealing was professional and clear. The project coordinator, Kendall, was incredibly responsive and kept us informed. The crew was efficient and completed our entire roof replacement on time, just as promised.
What truly earned them 5 stars was the production team and after-sale support. The production leads, Ryan and Titus, are great and truly focused on customer service. They handled a few follow-up items with professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure everything was 100% perfect. They stand by their work and their word.

We suffered storm damage to our original siding at the end of December 2024. With a lot of snow on the ground, Kendall braved the single-digits to come out and meet me to get the ball rolling on repairs (I contacted 4 other places - none of whom came out for estimates).

Kendall helped us understand the ins and outs of what to expect with the insurance process. He was a pleasure to work with; my kids wouldn't let him go without talking about various shows and toys!

Andrew helped us with the financial questions and was very easy to get a hold of. I think he was the one that also found example houses in the area with the style and colors we were most interested in - this makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE! A couple colors we liked on the color swatches did not translate well on a full house (in our opinion).

All in all, the finished product turned out great! It took 3 days to remove and replace our old siding; they also replaced some rotten board in the gables of our house and added some trim around our garage door, which makes it look much cleaner. There folks are local in Hilliard, which was another reason I was glad to use their services (shop local!). My wife and I are very happy.

We had a very good experience with AC Roofing and Siding and would recommend them without hesitation. We had new siding and gutters/soffits installed. From getting started with the design with Kendall to the finished product, we were satisfied. Ryan communicated with us throughout the project regarding timelines and the arrival of the crew and was a pleasure to work with. We also enjoyed working with Andrew and appreciated him checking in throughout the process. While we still have some work to do with painting, we are very pleased with the finished product!

Another great pool closing from the crew at 614 Pools, Marcus did a great job, and quickly closed my pool for the winter! Good pics were shared showing everything that was done, along with good communication! See you guys in the spring!

We have had trouble with the chlorine levels in our pool. With persistent service calls and determination to get our pool equipment working correctly... they did it. We are back in business and I can't thank 614POOLS enough for the hard work it took to solve the problem. I highly recommend 614Pools for pool opening, closing, weekly service and equipment maintenance.

614-Pools are a great company. I have used them 3 times. They are very prompt, they are friendly and good to work with and they are very knowledgeable. I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

We needed to have our pool liner replaced this year because of its age. 614 Pools was very responsive when getting quotes from several companies and were competitively priced. The communication from them was outstanding as we faced delays in the production of the liner, had to pick a new one and then answering all my questions. The instal team was phenomenal. It was a full day of work for them. They were very respectful of our home, our time and even put up with my annoying dogs trying to help them. They came back out twice to check the chemical balance and inspect the liner.
Highly recommend 614 Pools.

Extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism of 614 Pools. They've been opening and closing my pool for a few years, but the quality has taken a serious nosedive.
Last year, they botched the replacement of several pool cover anchors. Instead of removing the old, seized anchors, they simply drilled new holes right next to them running my pavers and left the old ones in place. I emailed them about the issue with pictures, but never received a response. So I ended up having to fix their work myself.

This year, I decided to close the pool myself, but needed help blowing out the lines. I called 614 Pools and, again, received no response. Clearly, customer service is not their priority.
Between the poor workmanship, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism, I cannot recommend 614 Pools. There are plenty of other pool companies out there who will actually value your business.

Edit after their response: the owner tried to leave a bad review at my workplace to retaliate. That should tell you what you need to know. These are bad faith people who saw a seemingly naive, 27 y/o homeowner and tried to wring me for cash. They never filed anything because they know exactly what happened. Be careful.

They’re either stupid or just dishonest people who take advantage of first time pool owners. Not sure either one is good, lol.

Their B- rating on the Better Business Bureau is generous. Waste of time and money. Upon mentioning my issues, everyone asks, “Who opened your pool.” When I tell them 614, I’ve yet to hear a compliment. And for those who are in the industry or have pools, they scoff and roll their eyes. And I genuinely mean that. People have no respect for this company.

Sure, they’re probably capable of the easy stuff. But if you need thoughtful assistance or have a lick of an issue, I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

A guy came out and fixed this issue for $200. Pool is perfect now. 614 had quoted me for a new pump and some other stupid stuff, telling me that was the issue, running over/near $2k. MONEY PIT. They also had me do underground leak detection, claiming they detected no leaks above ground. As you may guess, no issues underground. The issues were indeed above ground and had nothing to do with the pump, and the guy said anyone who knows anything about pools would’ve been able to diagnose it. Which makes sense because I had three people give quotes besides 614, and all three had the same solution and mocked 614. I’m very pleased with the guy who fixed our system with integrity. Can’t say the same about 614.

I have been using 614 pools since my husband passed away in 2018. They have been nothing but professional and have ALWAYS been there when I needed them to solve the problem! The team this year just reinforced my high opinion of 614 Pools!

Marcus, Brant, and Bryon did a great job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The liner makes the pool look brand new.

Ok this business is amazing these folks are responsive through and easy to work with. I have found in the” pool world “it can be hard to find a technician to work with. This group is professional and just amazing. I am so happy chat gpt found them for me.
