Rich and his team are excellent. Really enjoying our new heating and air conditioning. I found Clingman Heating and Cooling had the best price and service after shopping around for months.

I tried to install a new thermostat myself and ended up just giving myself a headache and causing issues. When I explained to the people at Clingman, he knew exactly what I was talking about and explained what the issue was. I called at 715 when they opened and they were at my house by 12:30 same day. Jordan, who came to fix our thermostat was so so nice and was telling us exactly what he was doing and what went wrong with my efforts. And he installed the new thermostat for us! Pricing was fair and worth it for the kindness and transparency of this team. Thanks so much! Would definitely call them again.

During a heat wave a power surge knocked out my A/C capacitor. Rich was highly recommended by my neighbor who knew and worked with him in the construction industry. I called Rich on Saturday and he said he had a tech out that may or may not make it that day, but should be good for Monday. A few hours later the tech called and was at the house less than 30 minutes later. 5 minutes after that, he had a new capacitor installed. My regular A/C company (who installed my 13 year old system) could not come out for 2.5 weeks. Looks like I have a new HVAC company in Clingman Heating & Cooling! Oh, and the tech was friendly and asked repeatably if I was satisfied and he wouldn't leave until he was absolutely it was just the capacitor and not the motor as well. Top notch.

We got estimates from other companies that were just outrageous, specifically trying to upgrade our system when it was something that could be a straightforward fix. Clingman Heating and Cooling is the company to call for your HVAC issues. They respond promptly to your service request, explain your issues and options thoroughly, and complete the work promptly and professionally. Their technicians respect your home and your time. I had my air conditioner replaced back in 2007 by them and just had to have my (almost 40 year old) furnace replaced. I highly recommend them and personally will call them for any future needs.

Rich and his team were a god send! Had to have my ac unit replaced after the compressor failed. Received 3 quotes total and Clingman blew the others out of the water. Was able to get my family back up and running the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great work guys! Thanks for all of your help and knowledge shared.

If you are using anyone else, let me tell you it’s a mistake. I called Rich because I was screwed over by a home warranty company. They sent a person to install a new furnace and water heater who totally botched it and didn’t care when I called to question it. Knowing it was wrong I called Clingman to access the situation. It was bad…real bad. Now, I really needed another new furnace to correct that part but the Clingman crew did everything they could into make the existing (too big) unit work so I didn’t have to pay for another new furnace. The crew was amazing, Rich was amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. They truly cared and wanted to make it as right as possible. Best HVAC company out there, hands down.

Clingman heating and cooling fixed our heat pump!! It had a short in the wires. We so appreciate their integrity and knowledge of how to find the problem as another company had tried to sell us a new heating and cooling system for 13,000! My furnace hadn’t been working for 3 days, and after calling multiple HVAC companies, I kept getting wildly different diagnoses and ridiculous quotes. I finally asked around and was recommended Clingman. I called and they immediately sent Dave out the next morning. He diagnosed the issue properly and had everything fixed the same day, just in time before the big snowstorm. It's rare that you get more than you pay for these days but that's the standard for 3 Brothers Heating and Cooling. I scoured ads and other sources to find a reputable HVAC company to service my furnace and hot water tank. One name kept popping up with 5-star reviews -- 3 Brothers, so I gave them a call. They got me on their schedule quickly and Haidar, one of the brothers (yes there are 3 brothers that run the business) did the servicing. He walked me through everything he was doing and why; was very professional and knowledgeable; and never once tried to sell additional services. He was fast, efficient, and very respectful of my home. I tried 3 Brothers because of the glowing recommendations I read about them and now I'm providing one myself! Try them, you won't be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience with 3 brothers heating and cooling. I was given options for both repair and replacement route and opted to go to the repair route. 3 brothers with nothing but honest with me and did not try to upsell me on anything that I did not need. I ended up also purchasing a service contract with them at the end of the repair. I’m typically not one to buy a service contract, but there service contract actually makes sense and benefits the customer. I would highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs- I know I will always use them!

Wonderful & professional work. We have an old AC unit and they made it work in the heat of the summer. We loved them so much we had them come out soon after to clean our air ducts. We received nothing but the best. We will be using them for any future HVAC needs! Thanks to the whole team 💙

I had 3 Brothers Heating and cooling come to do a winter check up and replace tubing to my humidifier. The check up was much more thorough than another company had done the previous year. I would absolutely hire them again for any heating and cooling issues.
