Furnace broke down on coldest day of the year. Haidar came out at 8am next morning. He fixed the problem and informed us about the care and maintenance of our Furnace. He was great!! And followed up the next day to make sure everything was OK 😀😀

Haidar from 3 Brothers came out to diagnose the same day and he was able to get the equipment and a team to replace my furnace the next day. Extremely satisfied with the service. They fixed my system that's from 1994. They didn't try to upsell me but gave me all my options. I decided to replace the whole old system with a high efficiency unit. I'm very please my airflow and cooling has improved 10 fold. I highly recommend them they took care of me and made sure I was perfectly happy. Finally a company that actually cares about customer service.

We used 3 Brothers for service on our A/C unit. Haidar, one of the owners, was terrific in his custom service and his technical skills. 3 Brothers Heating and Cooling was recommended by numerous people and they were not wrong! Haidar provided excellent same day service when our furnace wasn’t working. He was honest about what needed repaired and what did not. A lot of companies would not be that truthful. The cost of repair was very reasonable as well. Haidar followed up to make sure everything was working correctly. He was very professional and took time to explain everything to me. We will continue to use 3 Brothers in the future and highly encourage everyone else to call them for their HVAC needs!

3 Brothers has been outstanding, from the heating and cooling installation they did for me last summer (2024), to the follow up checks for the furnace (fall) and air conditioning (spring). Their response to my questions is always fast and friendly. I'm glad I found these guys. If you decide to go with them, I am positive you will have the same experience as I've had with them.

3 Brothers heating and cooling replaced my furnace and HVAC system in October, they did a wonderful job, they were on time and cleaned up as if nothing was done. Great job for a great price. I hired them again to replace water pipes, again great job for a great price. Would highly recommend them .They arrived today 04-28-25 to service to make sure everything was good to go before turning on the AC . Once again, very friendly and great job.

Excellent customer service!! Our unit quit working on one of the hottest days. I called and they immediately said they would be out in a few hours. Haider explained everything, had the part
to replace it and got it working again within minutes! We even setup a maintenance plan with them to prevent future issues. Reasonably priced too! I highly recommend 3 brothers!!! Plus I love supporting small family owned businesses!

I called 3 Brothers on Sunday, July 13 at approx 7 a.m. for a/c help. Call was answered immediately with appoint made for between noon and 4 the same day. Haidar arrived at noon on the dot! He diagnosed the issue, and fixed it - no high pressure like that I needed a whole new unit, but he did offer some suggestions. One idea was to check occasionally for a mouse taking up residence in the unit. Very polite gentleman, with reasonable pricing. I will ask them back when it's time to check the furnace!
