These guys put a new roof on my house after a storm tore the old one off. They were done in less then 2 days (my roof has dimensional complications that demand attention to labor). The roof is beautiful and holding up great. All work has been warrantied but the roof is flawless.

Recently had them replace our roof, gutters, & some siding repairs due to the hail storm that came through last Summer. CGC crew was fantastic, the repairs were done quickly and they were done well. They even cleaned up the yard when they were finished and moved all the furniture back for us! Cannot recommend them enough.

CGC Property solutions did a great job on my foundation repair. I normally don’t leave reviews but I was very pleased with this companies works They were very thorough and honest as well as more affordable than other places that I was quoted. On top of this the crew was timely and left everything looking as if they had never came. I would recommend them to anyone due to their affordability, timeliness, and quality of work.

This company is EXCELLENT. I had them do a kitchen remodel and a few other rooms. They do awesome work, and do what they say. We couldn't be happier.

Used Midwest to assemble and do all related work for a modular home because the people I bought the modular home from recommended them. I wish now that I had shopped around. I ended up with a foundation that was cracked all the way through in two different places within days of pouring it I paid full price for that crawl space and water puddles up in both corners and five months later it still isn't repaired They also under bid the job by roughly $ 10,400 which ended up coming out of my pocket. They did build a garage on to the house and small front porch that turned out nice but they need to find someone else to do their concrete work.

The only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because I liked Nick. His crew, meaning Sean and Ron, were very unprofessional and took breaks continuously (every 15-30 minutes to smoke/phone for sean, ron asked me out 3 times and hes married). I feel I overpaid because I had to get other people in to do the job throughout because of some issues, very unprofessional issues. I was still charged the same even though i paid $700 to another electrician. Nick did come back and fix things and brought a different crew with him and they got the job done. However there were things that I could not believe happened during this kitchen remodel. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent locally owned company! They provide both commercial and residential construction services. We were referred to them by other customers that we are friends with. We contracted them to construct a detached building for our new home. Because of the scope of the project we wanted a company with with the experience to build commercial buildings as well as experience with residential challenges. They executed our vision perfectly! Even though the weather was a challenge and it was over the holidays they still completed on schedule. Probably the best thing was their accounting. Everything was open book and explained beforehand in great detail. There were no surprises or phantom costs. We could not be any happier. We highly recommend Aaron and his company!!

Great experience for our playroom renovation and bathroom remodels ! The team was onsite daily and gave updates through the builder app on a normal basis . Friendly team to work with . Happy with our new playroom and bathrooms!

As a painter for over 22 years I had never heard of this company and now it's time that you have. They offer a plethora of services for commercial and residential needs. The workers are experienced, care about their work and are relatable. The final product is ALWAYS inspected by a project manager. I highly recommend this company!
