Constraction reviews in Holland, Ohio

We replaced the showers and exhaust fans in 3 bathrooms and we were kept in the loop during the entire process and all went well except for 1 concern we noticed after completion but when we contacted McKay he sent a tradesman out to correct the concern that same day and he resolved the issue.

We truly enjoyed our experience with Home Solutions of Maumee Valley. They remodeled our kitchen and we are so happy with the results. Price was fair, work was outstanding, communication was solid. I am recommending Home Solutions of Maumee Valley to all my friends and family.

Dependable. Trustworthy. Kind. Responsive. The team at Home Solutions took as much care with our new room as they would have if it was their own. Each person who worked on our room followed the golden rule, treating us as they would wish to be treated. From the first visit until the very last touch was put on the room, they understood what we hoped for and worked hard to make it happen. They always answered our questions, returning emails and phone calls promptly. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. We could rest assured that everything would be taken care of, and it was. The persons who built the room are true artists and craftsmen. They were polite, and so nice to work with. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves every day. Their attention to detail made our room the special place we had hoped for. We know we made the right choice with Home Solutions. We would gladly ask them to do another project for us and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do a renovation of their home.

Home Solutions of MV did an excellent job on my bathroom. From my initial sit-down with Mike to the final reveal, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Elliott created beautiful custom wainscoting, installed the vanity, and laid down tile-look luxury vinyl flooring. They truly handled everything tile, toilet, vanity, wainscoting, staining and even went above and beyond by fixing a loose bedroom door handle.

I’m thrilled with the results and would highly recommend them. I definitely plan on using Home Solutions of MV again for future home projects.

Home Solutions of Maumee Valley did an excellent job on my home project (bathroom remodel, flooring installation, cabinetry work). They were extremely easy to work with, timely, clean, reliable, and responsive to any issues. I have already recommended them to other family members as I am confident in their ability to complete any home project. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We used Home Solutions multiple times and have been very satisfied with the results. The bathroom upgrade turned out fantastic and they were able to take care of other issues with our home. They were very professional from the first call to the completion of the project. They were dependable and timely with the scheduled improvements and appointments. The team was curtious, helpful, and friendly during their work in our home. The Home Solutions team took time to explain every aspect of the work to be done and there were no hidden costs or surprises. We will not hesitate to recommend or use Home Solutions in the future.

My bathroom remodel was fantastic a complete transformation. Elliott and Parker did a wonderful job. I have dealt with other contractors and they would always leave a mess. These guys cleaned up so well I didn't have to do any extra work. The bathroom is beautiful and it's hard to believe the original bathroom.

For safety reasons in particular as I am a senior citizen I wanted a walk in shower. I got my three estimates and chose Home Solutions of Maumee Valley. Their product is superior and looks great. Parker who did the installation was so respectful. I feel honored that he did the work for me. I really made the right choice!

Home Solutions of Maumee Valley removed my tub and replaced it with a shower unit. Aaron, Zack and Brad did an excellent job from the beginning to the end of the project.

My husband and I had a kitchen remodel and tub to walk in shower conversion. From start to finish was a very positive experience. We love both areas and appreciate the expertise and quality of the workmanship. Every person I encountered during the process was friendly and courteous. When work was scheduled, they were here on time and ready to get started. Very surprised they cleaned up the work area each day before leaving. Highly recommended.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Home Solutions of Maumee Valley! Their work was thorough and high quality, communication was exceptional and staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

Did great work. Will use for future projects. Definitely recommend

BRENT IS AN EXCEPTIONAL CONTRACTOR! He is prompt, reliable and great at his job! He's basically gutted and rebuilt our home and we couldn't be happier!

We have a Sylvania wood siding house and Brent did a great job repairing windows and replacing damaged siding & then painted the entire house. Did a few miscellaneous repairs as well. Very conscientious, the work was done in a timely manner, & a fair price as well!

Brent Peters came highly recommended for my bathroom shower renovations. I will choose him again for future projects. Very talented, hard-working individual who I have come to trust in my home. Most importantly, he communicates effectively so I can go off to work without any concerns. I appreciate Brent’s patience and assistance in giving me choices so I can make decisions on things I know nothing about, all while being respectful of my budget.
His tile work in the shower and on the floor turned out beautiful. He fixed my plumbing, which is a valuable skill. In addition to those big things I hired him for, he pays attention to the little things as well, which means a lot. Many thanks to Brent.
