Very professional and cooperative crew able to work with a continuingly evolving construction schedule, very happy with their work!

I had an excellent experience with JB’s, knowledgable and on point, i would recommend everyone out there.

AWESOME company... they follow up, are on top of the codes and are always helping me out. They make my life easier.

Josh assessed my 1930’s home in Ottawa Hills for efficiency factors years ago. His recommendations and ability to assess made for a seamless process. Thank you.

Jb's home energy has done quite a bit of work for us and their work is exceptional. As an HVAC contractor we use Jb's energy for energy studies required by the new energy code. Inspectors have commented on how thorough and professional their reports look.
They actually are the only company we use and will continue to do so

JB's home energy did a full home remodel inspection for me. They were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I was always kept informed and learned so much from them.

I've had the opportunity to work with JB's Home Energy LLC , and I can confidently say they bring real value to the construction industry. Their approach is both practical and cost-conscious, helping home builders, owners, and trade professionals navigate building codes without unnecessary expense.

What sets them apart is their ability to balance compliance with creativity — finding solutions that stay within code requirements while still keeping construction costs in check. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly committed to supporting successful builds from start to finish.

If you're looking for a reliable partner who understands both the technical and financial sides of construction, I highly recommend JB's Home Energy LLC.

I needed a manual J completed for an application submission and they were very quick on the turn around for it.

JB's does amazing job with all of our work, they stay on top of it, offer great suggestions, and assist us in many ways. Highly recommend.

Have used him a couple times for HERS rating and is great for HERS rating, blower door testing in Massachusetts. Great fast and reliable service.

We have been working with these guys for years and can always count on them to do get the job done. Would recommend them to anyone.

Five star experience from the beginning to the end. This was a very stressful time in my life and they made it go seamless. Plus the fat check helped big time especially when I really needed it. Make sure you do everything they tell you and on the end you will be more than satisfied. Thank you for everything

One of the easiest subs we deal with. Josh and his employees have always been great at communicating. We will continue to use them on all our projects

I really wanted to get a blower door test to see how good my house air sealing is, but wasn't sure who would be able to do that. JB's was able to measure and show me the ACH50 of the house and make lots of suggestions for air sealing improvements.

Josh and his team have done an outstanding job on numerous builds with energy certs, insulation inspections, blower door tests, etc. I will happily use them for more work in the future.

I worked with Josh, he was great to work with. Answered all my questions and was always available when I reached out. Would highly recommend him and his team! They are fantastic!!

Great company to work with. Josh the owner is very easy to work with! They are always prompt and professional when on the jobs sites.

Josh and his team have been super responsive, helpful, and flexible throughout the process. They have exceeded my expectations and hope they do for you too!

We used JB Home Energy for a home energy assessment while we underwent a large home renovation. They were quick to get us on the schedule and very clear with the steps and instructions for receiving a Mass Home Rebate (which is now getting us a large chunk of change back!). I have nothing but great things to say about this business - highly recommended!
