The owner, Josh, had terrible communication throughout the entire process. I was constantly left in the dark and had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates or information. The experience was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for any MASS Save programs and avoiding this company if possible.
