Have been waiting Mos to get a tree trimmed, can't give us an idea when they will be coming, we use them for lawn service

Absolute professionals, Impeccable performance many times. Lawn and tree trimming, weed control and beautiful lush turf.....Superb landscape vision, great eye for design..You cant go wrong here if you want the best.

These guys did a wonderful job cutting down my shrubbery and trimming trees in my backyard! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for tree service! Also, excellent customer service!

Had many different lawn services in the Toledo area. None that I have tried are able to come close to Blanchards product. I am on my 2nd house with 2 different lawn types. One was well established the other new construction. One with decent amount of shade vs no shade at all. Blanchard was able to handle it all. On a side note always had to call for multiple weed control from other companies. Haven't made one yet to Blanchard.

Husband called to get a quote...lady said she will give us a call the next day..to set up appointment.(rudely)
THE NEXT DAY came and went...bye bye.
He called again and "the lady"...stated that He should call back on Tuesday 10/15 when a Manager is there...
Never knew it would be so difficult (At Blanchard) to get an appointment..But
We learn...

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a service company. They gave me a quote, but failed to show up to do the work on several occasions. Then they called and said there work crew refused to do the job for what had been quoted unless we agreed to give them more money! We then said okay, just go ahead and do it. They came to our residence yesterday, but never did the work. They left, and never called back to explain why. Enough is enough! I called today and cancelled the order again, and requested a cancellation number but they said they will have to email it to me.

I have a large place in Perrysburg Township, been using Blanchard (lawn&Trees) for 15 years. I can be a difficult customer.. I like things done my way and done right. I usually get the same lawn applicator (Ian) every year. He does what I ask and does not try to "Upsell" me anything I don't need, " HOW REFRESHING." My place looks fantastic ! Great price, great people, great service!

Blanchard charged me for a tree treatment service they never provided. When i complained i was told by staff that they have an issue with a particular worker not doing the work and everyone having to cover for him and resent out a person to do the spraying. Unfortunately they sprayed my entire native garden instead of one tree (and it was not even in the right garden!) without even talking to me or confirming the location and fungicide spray was dripping from my house side, roof, all over my yard where my pets were. They didn't even knock on the door to make sure that we knew they were starting and that people and pets were inside to avoid the fungicide. It was supposed to be targeted to one tree not sprayed everywhere which is completely irresponsible. This company has a complete lack of communication and has lost my trust to even perform basic services safely and effectively.

We have been with blanchard tree and lawn for over 30years. Ihave been trying to get a price for some extra service . They have been giving me the run around for over 6 weeks.the time to get the extra service is about over . I feel they dont care about their customers , and would not recommend them!

Called to remove a tree and during the quote process the individual said they would grind it and where the tree was it "would be flat and all you have to do is throw down grass seed". Well after the grinding, there was about 3-4 inches of bark remnants/sawdust. I asked when that would be removed and he said that I'd have to get a lawn service out. So I paid $1,700 expecting full service, but now have to address the pile myself. Very poor communication. Will not use them again.

Been using this company for a few years. It’s been hit and miss with different people during the service. I’m done with them. The guy came out this morning for the winter treatment and spent 3 minutes using a hand sifter. Definitely didn’t cover much of the lawn. Usually used a walking spreader. Charged 60.00. Nope. Cancelled this service forever!

Quality mulch

What an absolutely terrible place. The owner told me he had everything handled and come to find out he didn't get any of the required permits he was supposed to get. If they don't even do that right, what else did they mess up.

I should have trusted my instincts. The owner of this place promised everything would be fine. You know?… in that way that gives you that right uneasy feeling. Well is wasn’t. Tried to contact them about some damage a few weeks after the work and can’t get through to anyone.

Had a large tree taken down in my yard and the stump ground out. The crew was absolutely awesome, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after as if they'd never been there! I have also been using their mulch and topsoil for years. Best prices around and quality that can't be beat. Definitely recommend checking them out!
