Absolutely abysmal customer service. Had an appt. for tree to be trimmed 2 weeks in advance. Not only did they no show, but they didn’t call. I had to reach out them to get a response that he would get to me. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

T&J was out in the Rossford area on 5/2/22 and blocked an alley most of the day. People could not get out of their alley parking areas because the idiots blocked both north and south exits for the day. My cars were covered in wood chips and debris as well. Next time you azzholes do this, I will have the police talk to you. Believe me, I will not use your service EVER.

The guys were awesome! On time, easy to work, took care of business! My family really enjoyed the show, watching the guys take down the dead elm tree. Precision, poetry in motion. I will definitely pass this on to others that need to take down a tree. Thanks guys!

Very good price on mulch. These guys use actual hardwood, and not pallets like some competitors. Karen at the office was very nice and helpful.

Update: lowered my review by 2 stars. Mulch color didnt last even 1 year. Completely faded. I can usually get at least 2 years by turning. The dye must be low quality. There is a reason Sandman is twice the price. Kept them at 3 because of price and customer service.
