These guys really suck! They sold me a White Rogers board with no instructions in the box! I believe it was used before I got it so I returned it. Then they say I can't return it because it was used and gave me the instructions that looked like someone spilled coffee on it.

Bob Pelliccia helped me but his name wasn’t on your list. He was amazing, kind and courteous and help fill our wants and needs!

As always they were quick to respond. They even called to ask if they could come earlier. Eric was super nice and he got the A/C cooling properly and explained everything. Super happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

Pugh gave us multiple options when we requested a quote for a new AC unit. They even double checked to make sure our current unit wasn’t under warranty. Came out quick to provide the estimate and only took 1.5 weeks to come out and install the new unit during their busy season!

Installer was prompt, polite and left no trace that he was even at the house. He made sure everything was working properly, that we didn’t have any questions and assured us he would complete the warranty paperwork for the new unit.

We will definitely be sticking with Pugh for any future HVAC needs!

Pugh has always taken great care of our heating and air conditioning needs. When there is an issue we always receive prompt, courteous, and reliable service. Would go to no other for our heating, and air conditioning needs.

Pugh Heating & Air Conditioning did an outstanding job from start to finish. I physically went to their business, and spoke with Kevin. That was on a late afternoon Friday. He showed me all of the choices for gas, electric, and tankless water heaters. I chose a 50 gallon electric heater since that was what I was replacing.

Kevin came out and looked at the placement of my original tank and stated that it was too close to my furnace by code and they would have to place the new one in a different location about 10ft away and put up a curb in the garage to keep anybody from driving into it by accident.

They came out and installed the tank that Monday. Very quick and professional. They removed my old tank for me. They also let me know that my humidifier attached to my furnace no longer works (which would explain the air in my house was so dry, I’m a newer homeowner and didn’t know it existed). So they actually had another employee come out and bring a new one and installed it as well. So altogether, new water tank, curb, and humidifier installed. Very pleased with their work and customer service. I chose them because of their reviews, and they did not disappoint. Highly recommen utilizing their services.

Great service. Mike and his crew are knowledgeable. He helped Cody with his continued on the job training and patient during installation of a new furnace. We’ve been a customer of Pugh for over 30 years.

Excellent service. Our furnace stopped working on the coldest week ever. Called Pugh at 8:00 am and the furnace was fixed and running by noon. They even had to run to Perrysburg to get the part. I will call them for any future needs!

Prompt, efficient, professional. Our furnace had not been operating properly, called them in the morning, they were here in the morning on time, tested the furnace and humidifier, fixed the issues within an hour. Very pleased!!!!! Definitely will use them again.
