The technician was prompt and very efficient. He explained his actions and answered any questions I may have had. Have always been pleased with Pugh heating for over twenty years.

We had Pugh come to our house to assess why our AC is not working. I have not heard back from them and I have called the company 3 different times and each time they told me some one would call me back and I still have heard nothing. So there goes 120 bucks. I will now have to try calling other companies.

Josh and Corey were very professional throughout the entire installation process. Their attention to detail, from putting ceiling tiles back to making sure the lights were off when they were done, was much appreciated!

The 2 young men were very pleasant, king, and clean looking. The one explained the new thermostat and they picked up after themselves and turned the lights off. They were more professional than most. They can come back and do more work for me anytime.

Excellent service. The Sale Manager was very knowledgeable. He was not pushy and the price was reasonable. Got the furnace installed the day after purchase. The installation guys were very good. They did a nice thorough job. Explained everything after the installation. Highly recommend Pugh.

Pugh Heating installed my new furnace in record time during a cold period in early December.
Their installation team of Austan, Dave and Colin were both professional and personable. They actually arrived early and went straight to work replacing my 25 year old furnace. They did not leave until I was comfortable asking all my questions about my new unit. They were very patient with me.
Pugh put no pressure on me to purchase a new unit. They just gave me the facts about my old unit as it was consistently starting to have numerous issues. They provided me with multiple options and once I made my decision they acted quickly. Pricing was very reasonable.
Also a “shout out” to both Mike, Brandon and the office staff. All professional and straightforward.
After this experience I cannot imagine using anyone else but Pugh for my heating and cooling needs.

The members of the Pugh team were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of our property. They completed the job within the time frame they had quoted and they followed up after the installation when we had questions. The removal and installation of 2 furnaces in the basement, 2 furnaces in the attic, and 3 air conditioners outside the house was a huge job but we never heard any complaining or disrespectful language. We will ask Pugh to provide our annual service in the future. Thanks, Pugh!

Mike Palmer did a FABULOUS job on servicing my central air unit. He is so thorough even down to the last screw in my unit. Kept a very clean environment. Pugh Heating did an absolutely outstanding job replacing my damaged dryer, air conditioning, and heating ducts after a raccoon wreaked havoc on them. They didn’t just replace everything unnecessarily—they fixed what they could, replaced only what was truly needed, and used the best materials while keeping costs fair. Their pricing was incredibly reasonable, coming in at less than one-third of what another company quoted me. They were on time, professional, and never once complained about the tough job. Honest, skilled, and efficient—Pugh Heating is the best in the business to me!

All of the guys were great! Spent 3 days in a crawl space putting in a new system for our home. Jeremey was great at getting to know what we wanted and what the house actually needed. The crew at my house were all super nice, polite and worked to get the job done in the time they told us.

Very hot July day around 5:30pm we noticed it was getting very toasty in the house and checked the thermostat. There was an error message so we called for some advice. Before 6:15 Tyler was at our door ready to take a look. He quickly ascertained the problem and put a temporary fix until he could order a new part. Great expedient service! He was a really nice guy too.

We had Pugh complete a major project last month, every aspect was done very professionally and completed in the timeframe that was promised. We chose Pugh because of their reputation for excellence and quality. They weren't the cheapest quote we received, but we wanted it done by the best available and Pugh and Carrier were consistently mentioned as having the highest standards and best equipment when I asked various builders who they were selecting for the highest quality homes. From the initial appointment to go over products and pricing to the install Pugh thoroughly went over everything. Compared side by side pricing and only recommended what I needed. Mentioned that due to the age of my equipment if I only installed a new ac (ac unit needed replaced) I would be limited due to the age of my furnace (28 years). Since we recently move into our new house he recommended that we should look into replacing both for a more long term option but I did have options of just replacing ac as well. Did not attempt to strong arm my decision in any way and I really appreciated that. As for the install they were very professional and on time. Both days arrived at 8am exactly which was the expected time. They ensured drop cloths were placed at the entry of my front door all the way to the furnace itself. Each day upon leaving the installer asked if I had any questions and ensure he went over each product to help me understand the equipment and how it operates. Even setting reminders on when the filter should be replaced. The price was more than I expected but in reality you get what you pay for and seeing that I was able to get top of the line carrier equipment with top of the line service the price was definitely justifiable. I even requested their more experienced install team as I was getting a complete replacement on both units and I have had horrible experiences in the past with other companies (creating additional damage or not cleaning the worksites). With that being said I would 10/10 would recommend Pugh to anyone looking to get great service and great products.

Pugh Heating & Cooling installed my new A/C in one day, although we had 2 days reserved. It was such a relief. Josh and Max were friendly and professional. And they’re submitting the warranty info for me. I very much appreciate the great service. I’m grateful to just enjoy my cool house now with no homework.

I’ve had Pugh heating for almost 30 years. Never ever any issues. Are they the cheapest? No. But they are honest and fairly priced.

We have used Pugh for our heating and air conditioning needs for many years and they have always done a great job for us. Late last week, we started having some isses with our furnace, which we had planned to replace early next year. I called and made an appointment for service, and they were able to come out two days early, due to a cancelation. After talking with the technician, we decided to replace the furnace now. We got our new furnace yesterday and couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Pugh for your heating and air conditioning needs. We really appreciate their fast response and courteous, professional service.
