Had my mother's bathroom remodeled and from.start to finish it went horrible the owner mike doesn't call back when said he will and the son mckay never reply back to the emails and when you call they say he is out of the office and it's only 11 am what a joke this is. The bathroom had tons of rework and in the end we didn't even get it painted because theu ran out of time oh and if you look up the items they are all from.hokme depot and being upped 4× the price it's total robbery on the elderly who use this service. best of toledo more like FRAUDS of toledo
Communication from the office was great, crews were always on time and pleasant, and the workmanship is very solid. Will definitely contract their services again.
Management is extremely unorganized and doesn't stand by their employees. Otherwise, the men that came to my house to do the work did an excellent job and the work was very professional. When one of the things didn't get done the way we had discussed with Mike, he did nothing but blame his employees. Bad management, great employees
90% of job was great. Had many issues with dry wall finish. After 6 attempts it was passable. Mike, the owner was less helpful towards the end, even stopped returning phone calls.
We are looking for contractors for a small home expansion project. Had an appointment date and time for them to come estimate the job(took time off work to meet them) but they called at the last minute with an excuse and attempted to reschedule the appt months out! We will not be using them…if you cannot even show up to estimate a potential job..you lost our buisness.
