Constraction reviews in Independence, Ohio

Our tech and install team were courteous, efficient, and communicative about each step of the process. The result- we're confident that our next torrential downpour will leave us dry and even the musty scent in our basement is gone. Remember to budget for re-finishing when Highlander is done, though!

Highlander has been one of the most responsive companies I have worked with over the years. The work crews are knowledgeable and hard working. The customer service is excellent and they are almost always ready to respond to do the work within a reasonable amount of time (days not weeks). I highly recommend their work.

Highlander did an excellent job with waterproofing the basement and fruit cellar as well as shoring up the wall in the fruit cellar. I didn’t know the fruit cellar could be so dry and not musty! The team was very nice, texted me when needed and answered all my questions. Everyone I was in contact with was responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

My fiance and I were looking to have our foundation inspected due to water leaking issues and found Highlander water proofing via Google search. John P. came out to our house swiftly after contacting the company regarding our issue. The inspection process was smooth and timely, John P. did an excellent job explaining our foundation issues and repairs needed to fix our foundation. We have not had the foundation repaired yet, but the inspection process was very reassuring that the company is well rounded. We appreciate the time John P. spent here explaining things and ways to move forward. Thanks again!

Outstanding experience. I highly recommend. Very responsive customer service. Excellent craftsmanship and immaculate work result. Custom length support columns, not telescoping universal junk. Screw jacks welded to tops of columns not just perched there on their own to spin around when tightened. Concrete finishing work was pristine. No hassles or getting run around. Thank you!

Highlander Waterproofing and Foundation did an excellent job installing an interior French Drain and sump pump in our 125+ year old basement. They came promptly to do the estimate, arrived as scheduled, and completed the job quickly. A few adjustments had to be made as they worked, but everything was explained to us and finished to our satisfaction. So far, our basement is dry! Overall a great experience with a professional company. Would highly recommend.

Highlander Waterproofing did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process, which gave me great confidence in their work. The quality of service and attention to detail truly set them apart, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing done right.

Mike, Dan and Mike were good to have here. They knew what had to be done, put up plastic dust curtains to protect where they were not working, and completed the job in a week. Even the sod over the drain pipe was folded back and restored. Requests I made were honored, and they were open to any questions, any time.

Great work- Efficient and helpful. Small jobs that needed to be done and they all came out well.

Very fair and transparent pricing. Work was done ahead of schedule and communication was very good during the whole remodel

They did a really nice job on my bathroom and I'm going to have them do my basement next. Nice people and not too expensive.

Great customer service- taking the time to really listen to all your concerns and questions, and most importantly to me, having a real person answering the phone and promptly returning those calls.

Great company to work with!! Responsive and professional every time. I recommend them whenever I get a chance. Great job!!

They pulled the permits for our garage job and once they were ready, the job was done quickly and to code.
