Constraction reviews in Independence, Ohio

Extremely happy with the results; company is very efficient; individuals very friendly and professional
I would recommend them if you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

They have done work for us on several occasions. Our roof, driveway and a bathroom. The work has been on time, on budget, and high quality. We highly recommend this company.

Left message Thursday, called again Saturday, left 2nd message. Called again Tuesday , no answer. Received call right after third attempt on Tuesday from a random number stating I would get an email and need to respond to that and describe the situation to get someone to come out. (After I just explained everything) anyway Never received that email. Not playing anymore games

I found another company that actually wants work.

Poor

We used Synchronous to replace most of our existing bathroom. We did have some minor issues with scheduling and parts, but they did their best to correct those issues.

George and his team installed a driveway extension pad. Everything from estimate to permits to installation and cleanup was flawless. Very responsive and great to work with..

It was a pleasure doing business with Synchronous! Lisa and Sally were great and had excellent customer service. Hope to work with then again in the future!

George was very professional, he kept us informed everyday.
I would definitely use his company again, and I have referred him to others.

Got my kitchen done and it is now a true creative space. Never thought it would be so luxurious, yet affordable. This company was on time and under budget. Thank you so much George.

George and his team are top notch. They took care of our small job with great care and concern. Believe me when we have a big job, they will be the people I call. Pros all around.

Synchronous Construction totally delivered for our bathroom project! They finished in the time forecasted, and at the estimated dollar amount! We are thrilled with the results

Excellent work replacing a damaged driveway and installing curbing. Also poured a stamped concrete patio, with repair of a failing retaining wall. Crew was great to work with, and responsive to needs of the job. Also great communication, and quick updates. Highly recommend, and will be using again in the future for other projects

Nightmare Scenario:
Your toilet is leaking through your ceiling and you decide to renovate. Come to find out that you have multiple leaks and a cracked septic drain.

SYNCHRONUS CONSTRUCTION made the process easy and understandable. They employ highly-skilled, progressive professionals who knew how to pivot whenever the job caused it to.

We are in the midst of planning another job to renovate our second home. It's gives me piece of mind knowing that we do not have to exhaust hours searching for another contracting company.

Thank you.

George Beros and his team created a new front patio and steps as well as a new rear patio and steps with concrete. Very happy with work but have been waiting for about 4 months for a refund of $650 for specific work that was added to the contract (written in by hand) but was unable to be performed due to our inconsistent water pressure.

It’s rare these days to find a company that has integrity. Grateful for the beyond satisfactory job George did for me. Highly recommend this company.

Great company to hire for timely projects. They renovated my duplex faster than expected and on budget for labor. I bought most of the materials which gave me piece of mind that I wasn’t being overcharged. When there were questions, the staff was responsive and explained any issues to me and respected my decisions.

Hired Synchronous Construction for a kitchen remodel in Sep 2020. Price was reasonable for the project and quality was fair, though some details of the job appear to have room for improvement. We encountered a delay in work due to needing to order more material but it was resolved quickly.

Did my kitchen remodel in record time and I am thrilled with the work. I thought the estimate was extremely fair and they quality and responsiveness of George and his team was incredible. I especially like how much detail oriented work they did even when I wasn’t there watching. I highly recommend!

Many thanks to the Synchronous team for making my outdated house a beautiful home. From the very beginning they were a pleasure to work with and responsive to my ideas and requests. I did change my mind a few times on some things but the team rolled with the updates with a no problem attitude. Budget and timing met our needs as well. Very happy with the end result. Would bring them back for more updates to my home.

Synchronous Construction did such a great job on our "complete" house renovation. They were reliable, quality and affordable contractors. George was with us every step of the way and helped guide us through the entire project. There were no surprise "expenses" and the work was completed within the budgeted timeline. I would use this team again. thank you!

We recently had out kitchen counter, sink and faucet replaced and working with Lisa made it an enjoyable experience. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and was able to provide us with a way for us to save money on our sink and faucet. Their installer that put in our sink and faucet, Erik, was faced with a challenge he wasn't expecting, but handled it with a smile and was able to finish the job very quickly. I would definitely recommend using Synchronous Construction for anyone needing a reliable contractor. Lynn S.

My fiancé and I reached out to several contractors to get a quote on fixing work that had been done by a previous remodeling company. It was a significant amount of work and we got turned down by many other contractors. George came out the day of me contacting him. He was able to turn over a quote within a week - other contractors told me it would take them a month plus. Not only did he quote what we asked (which was only the addition and a stairwell), he quoted the basement, exterior, structural changes, etc. Then, he gave us advice for everything we have gone through. George went over and beyond anything we could have asked for. His professionalism, responsiveness, and caring personality was a much needed light in the dark situation we were put in. Thank you George for all of your help❤️
