Home Services reviews in Johnstown, Ohio

We are so pleased with the experience we had using Completely Clean for our carpet cleaning needs! The owner Rick was very responsive and helpful when scheduling and I appreciated his communications to confirm and help us prepare for the appointment. They made the whole process easy. The day of our appointment he and his team were great to work with and they did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. They helped to clean all carpeted areas in the home including our hallway, stairs, and a landing. They even helped to bring new life to an area where our dog likes to lay and chew on his toys. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely be using them again in the future. It was nice to work with a such an experienced local company to give us such great results and a positive experience. If you are looking for help with cleaning your carpets be sure to contact Completely Clean and leave it to the pros!

Rick was a pleasure to work with! Very accommodating through the entire process. Went above and beyond with my couch and tile floors. Couldn't recommend his services enough!

Rick (Completely Clean) was professional and polite. He did a spectacular job on our upholstery pieces. He was able to remove stains that other companies could not. We will definitely recommend him to our family and friends. The Neales

Rick did an amazing job with communicating and explaining in detail what was needed. He responded quickly to my inquiry. He did a great job and was very thorough in cleaning my basement carpet! I will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Very seldom do I ever give a 5-star review, however Rick and his associate Paul not only did an excellent job, but they were both very respectful and easy to work with.

Completely Clean came in clutch! They got my stained 10 year old mattress looking brand new and smelling fresh in less than an hour. Rick and his team were friendly, communicative and informative every step of the way. They got the job done less than 24 hours after I called! I highly recommend Completely Clean’s services!

I called them mid morning yesterday. They promptly returned my call and gave me an estimate over the phone. No hard sell. He explained their process and sent a follow up text. They were able to get me in the next day. They arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job on my sectional. They were very thorough and professional and left no mess. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Completely Clean did an awesome job! Our carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned in years, so I certainly was expecting them to work miracles, but after it was finished it looks almost new! Rick was great, very polite and humorous too. He explained the process, gave us simple instructions for post care and his assistant took his time and did a great job. If you're looking for a straightforward, reasonably priced carpet cleaning company, give Completely Clean a try!

An excellent experience. Rick is very experienced and thorough in his carpet cleaning services. He also is very, very good at cleaning upholstery. He understands fabrics and how to best clean each type. Great communications. The house smells great too. I am very pleased with the results.
I highly recommend Rick and his company Completely Clean.

The Best!! I can't believe what an amazing job they did! Totally professional, GREAT communication and what a give difference! You will not regret hiring them!

Completely Clean did a great job on my couch. After my cat threw up on my couch, I was sure I’d be in the market for a new one. However, after the gentleman at Completely Clean were done, the remnants of the stain were barely visible, as you can see in the before and after pics.

Rick and company did a fantastic job on our carpets! They were on time and very professional. Their pricing was very reasonable. We foster lots of dogs so our carpets had quite a few pet accidents over the past couple years. When Rick was finished the carpets looked brand new, smelled great, and there were no stains. Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

Rick & his team did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpet & upholstery yesterday! They were very precise & friendly. We recommend them for all your in home cleaning services & will definitely use them again when needed.

Rick and his team did a great job. They were amicable, effective, and fast. The previous tenants left our floors in bad shape, but they look as good as new now!

Rick is passionate about doing his job the way that is should be done and is a true professional. He is the best of the best at carpet cleaning. I would never even consider having another company clean our carpets. With a few waves of his magic carpet wand, he has brought new life to our furniture and carpet. After throwing chicken wings around during the football games, my pets, and our boys, I thought it was hopeless. Thank you for bringing life back to our home!

Had Rick and completely clean come out to clean some tile and grout and get out a lot of dog stains from the carpet from a previous tenant. Was in and out, great communication, and great price. Will definitely hire him again.

I'm so happy with my previously dirty and worn down rug now that Completely Clean has brought it back to life! They were very communicative prior to my appointment, they were very friendly when they arrived, and they completed the cleaning super fast. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic job cleaning my carpet! It looks great and smells great. They took care of all of my pet's mistakes. I am completely satisfied with their work and customer service! Thanks!

I am writing this review while Rick is still here half way through his job and oh boy what a heck of a job he is performing. I guess I have good luck with carpet cleaning companies. I though my last guy did a good job as well but definitely will hire this company over any one. 5 stars for sure and don’t hesitate to do business with company because you won’t regret it.!

This was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I called multiple companies, but this one by far offered the best deal and was the most responsive.
