Home Services reviews in Johnstown, Ohio

Communication, updates and cleaning were all great. Harris Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job.

Courteous and professional! Carpet and furniture look great. Would highly recommend!

I've used Harris Carpet Cleaning for years and always recommend to neighbors and friends.

They were knowledgeable, had great costumer service skills and did a great job on our carpets!

Best carpet cleaning we’ve ever had! Great work!! Will definitely use Harris Cleaning again!

This contractor was on time and explained everything to us.
His bill was less than I thought and they did an excellent job.
Highly recommend: Elton Acker/HER Realtors

Mike did a fantastic job on our large white shag rug. He and his associate showed up on time, they were very friendly and extremely knowledgable. Definitely recommend.

Squeezed me in on a Friday when I urgently needed to have them remedy a stain on a sofa seat cushion. I had tried to clean it myself but made it worse. Didn't want the stain to set over the weekend and they came the same say I sent out my SOS. Then they went ahead and cleaned the whole sofa and a matching armchair upon request as long as they were here.

They cleaned our stairs, which I thought might need to be replaced because of pet stains and odors, as well as heavy foot traffic. Carpet now looks and smells like new! Would highly recommend them!

I called them yesterday and they were able to come out next day. I had them do my stairs, loft, and bedroom. It looked amazing. I wish I had before pics because the outcome really surpassed my expectations. I will be using them for future cleaning.

Been using this company for years and they never disappoint. They are always on time and make the carpet look amazing. Also in and out in a timely matter. Would and have recommended them to family and friends.

Texted when they were on their way. Came professionally dressed. Came in first and saw what I was wanting done. Then they brought in their equipment which they explained and did a great job.

Our carpet was badly stained from pets and “traffic”. All the stains are gone! And they gave us advice on spot cleaners to keep it looking, and smelling this great. They were prompt and friendly. Thanks for saving us the cost of replacement!

Ive used Harris for a few years now. They are absolutely a dying breed- great quality service at a fair price. They are careful with your belongings, dont drag their equipment over your banisters or smack into baseboards, etc (all things ive had happen with other cleaners). Recently my dog got ahold of a liquid neon highlighter and broke it open on the carpet. I was sure I had to replace it. They told me what not to use (oxy clean) and then came and got it out when I could not. They also have a spot carpet cleaner they sell that is amazing. But funny thing is, they didnt even try to sell this to me. They are just not pushy. But they are very knowledgeable. Support a local family business- you wont be sorry!

Always do a great job and customer service is awesome!

The carpets look great, however I am not happy with the linoleum floors. The dirt is still visible and I was able to get it up with a plastic scrubbie sponge. I am disabled and not able to be on my hands and knees scrubbing the floors. That's why I wanted them done by professionals. I would call Harris Carpet Cleaning again for carpet cleaning, but not the hard floors.

Great people, quick service, good prices and a good and thorough job assessing my needs and cleaning my carpet or furniture. I've been with Harris for many years now. Always consistent!!

We are a repeat customer and we like working with John.

He is a great communicator. He and his team got the job done!

Thank you Harris Carpet Cleaning LLC!

We recently had Harris at our home to complete a number of services: cleaning and sealing grout, area rug and carpet cleaning and the results were great! The gentlemen that performed the services were very knowledgeable and professional but personable at the same time. The only slight downside (which is likely out of their control) was the strong smell left behind from the grout sealing. It has dissipated over the past few days.
If you are looking to support local business, you won’t be disappointed!

Guys showed up on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets. We have used for the past 5 years and would highly recommend them
