Cannot recommend enough. I've had them at least 6 times to my home for anything from a leaky faucet, a bad toilet, hot water tank, etc. Always prompt, professional, courteous and fair.

Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and great value. They feel like a family member coming over to do the work trying to educate and help you along the way so you can do maintenance on your own and also possible do some of the work yourself in the future. I highly recommend them.

Dave and Brendyn did a fantastic job repairing a leaking copper pipe joint and installing several plumbing fixtures in a bathroom. The entire process was smooth and I would highly recommend Mark Cantrell Plumbing.

Steve came out from Cantrell Plumbing for some home warranty work on our sump pump. He was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable - definitely will call Cantrell for my next plumbing need because of how great the service was.

If you like to throw money away, this is your place. Incompetent, unresponsive, rude, and terribly overpriced.
Tried to convince me to spend $15-20 K on unnecessary repairs and as soon as I did my homework and didn't book said "repairs", they stopped responding to phone calls and requests for routine plumbing problems.

Two visits from Mark Cantrell Plumbing. Unrelated issues. Water Main issue that was near catastrophe and a long over due fix to an ongoing water leak problem. Extremely efficient, Cost effective, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Mark Cantrell Plumbing.

A less than one star would be appropriate. Office girl Theresa was absolutely incompetent. I had to track down info so she could do her job and she still failed to complete the quote. She failed to make calls, answer emails, or respond before she left for her vacations/ long weekends. From April to June I tried to get a quote from MCP. Their in action and lethargy delayed me from moving into my new house. I never could reach Mark after his intial contact. He is either absentee or doesn't care. No staff is this unproductive and incompetent with out notice. Buyer beware use another company.

Make sure you get an accurate estimate before you agree to a job. The estimate I got was over 40% lower that my actual bill. The technician can’t even tell you what it is going to cost once the job is done. It has to be “added up at the shop and they will send you a bill”. Do your homework

Mark did an amazing job with a quick water heater issue. We called one evening and he was here at 7:30am next day. He was in and out in one hour. He was professional and efficient.

Called them after hours for sump pump failure. Our plumber responded promptly, was willing to explain and point out the problem to me in addition to fixing our leaking valve quickly. I have no hesitation calling them again if needed.

Couldn't be happier with our first experience with Cantrell Plumbing. Our son in Gahanna strongly recommended this company from some work they did for him. We called them to repair a burst pipe in a very tricky location in our home. Bob was the plumber who reported - very prompt, extremely respectful of our home, knowledgeable, very fair in pricing, and conscientious in cleanup. We even had him replace a leaking shutoff valve that the "services" company in Pataskala had shoddily installed just 3 days prior. Mark Cantrell Plumbing were quick to respond, very reasonable on price, and treated our issue with the amount of urgency that it needed. The workers who came to the house were professional and clean. I needed a water hydrant fully replaced requiring the crew dig down three plus feet to where the hydrant attaches to the water line. Cantrell Plumbing was able to do this without having to cut into my concrete aisle.
