Super friendly and professional service. They always walk us through the details of the work and costs ahead of time. They are courteous while working and clean up after themselves and they are thorough with their work and recommendations. Very helpful over all, will definitely use them again

I speak from experience when I say that these guys are the best!! I maintain 30 single family homes in the Columbus area and these guys are professional, well equipped, fast, and reasonable. They have the best equipment and can get the job done faster.

I wanted to give a shout out to this awesome company!! Let me start by saying I first called another plumbing company by the name of Bassett Services, they came out for $90 service call to tell me my leaking Moen faucet in the shower could be replaced for $1400 or try and repair for $900. And was told by the tech that if I had known they offer free estimates but because I didn't ask when I set up the appt. I get to pay $90!!

But then I called Mark Cantrell Plumbing and a gentleman by the name of Ron Mickley came out to help me fix the leaking faucet. He was awesome, knowledgeable said he has worked with Moen for 30 plus years. He repaired my leaking faucet and its like new and all for only $380.

Great company, great staff, and fair pricing!!!

Don't call Bassett Services they are a rip off.

I bought an older home and it wasn’t long before I started having problems with back up from the sewer main. Mark Cantrell plumbing.diagnosed the issue and got to work quickly. They were on time, professional, and extremely competent. The work came in under the original estimate, and I couldn’t be more happy with them. I would recommend these guys to anyone who has an issue with their sewer line. They were honest and fair, and did not try to make the issue out to be worse than it was. They also gave me great advice for preventing this from happening in the future. If you need anything, call them!

Love Mark Cantrell Plumbing! They’ve installed my Sump Pump, my Hot Water Tank, my Water Filtration system. Anything by I need I call them. Jessica & Allison in the office are wonderful ( either one of those two always answers the phone). Brad has come out to unclog a floor grain, tub drain and fix the floater on my toilet. absolutely incredible! We had someone come out on the coldest day of the year(-17) and fixed the problem without a single complaint! I called Roto rooter and the guy was so slimy and quoted us 1k, Mark cantrell was recommended from a family friend and they were incredible. Came on time, replaced our broken and very frozen spigot( plus added a local shut off valve) and was less than 1/3 of what roto router quoted me. Cant recommend these guys enough!

Glad I found this company! They gave me a reasonable quote to repair a broken clean out and camera inspection of our sewer line. The crew arrived on site early and quickly did everything they said they would do.

I'm very disappointed by this company and will not be recommending you to anyone.

-The plumber showed up when he wasn't supposed to so I wasn't able to discuss the issue with him.
-I called to discuss and it took days for anyone to get back with me.
-I had to reach out to even get an estimate for the work. (Plumber came out on 9/30 and the estimate wasn't sent until 10/17, after I had to ask for one.)
-What the plumber and I discussed wasn't even addressed on the estimate.
-I emailed 10/17 trying to get clarification as to why the issue I was having wasn't on the estimate and no one ever got back with me
-I called to discuss the situation and never got a call back.
-11/18 I emailed them basically this exact review asking for a manager to call me to discuss everything and no one ever did.

$300 for a horrible experience, no assistance and the issue is still unresolved? Ridiculous.

I called today (12/19/25) just to pay the bill so it doesn't end up in collections since no one seems interested in reaching out and went to voicemail. I guess we'll see if they call back.

Edit: It's now 1/28/26 and I've never received a call back.

Quick an efficient- They took a water line leak under a slab and made quick and efficeint repairs. They responded the day of the leak on 12/26 when most wouldnt answer a call and set a clear repair plan and delivered. The office, plumberS and excavation team were focused, polite and knowledgable. CANTRELL IS EXCELLENT! Look no further for plumbing services ; )

We have worked with this company several times and thought they were fair in past. Called for a simple toilet switch out in a half bath. We were quoted $140, but they sent two technicians so we ended up getting billed $311. When we inquired we were told it was because our toilet was “awkward.” We would have gone with another company that quoted us $200 if we knew it was going to be this price, very disappointed, will be looking for another plumber.

The REAL deal! Knowledgeable staff, REAL PLUMBERS who do a great job & for a VERY fair price. We needed a water softener and associated plumbing removed. From the photos I sent, Jess estimated the job with time & materials. She was spot on! Nowadays, everyone claims they are a Plumber & HVAC & Electrician. Dave & Mike(?) are true professional plumbers. Beautiful, clean, smart work. NOT our first time using them and certainly won't be the last. Save yourself any headaches & call Cantrell Plumbing!
