Dane was able to come out to our house today to help identify why our furnace wasn’t working. Dane was knowledgeable, professional, and patient in explaining what was going on. He was able to identify the issue and recommended next steps.

In addition, he took the time to test our carbon monoxide and explain the carbon monoxide reading. We will be using Climate Heating add Cooling in the future.

I would highly recommend climate heating & cooling. We had a company not show up to fix our furnace when they were scheduled to but climate heating&cooling got to us right away. Ken was very nice and knowledgeable and told us step by step what he was doing and explained to us everything that was wrong with our furnace.

We had Ken come out to diagnose the issues we were having with our AC and he was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took his time walking us through the issues he found and provided us with several options to correct our problem. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service that he provided to us.

I called Climate Heating &Cooling late Sunday night when my furnace quit working and they got me scheduled the next morning . Ken arrived first thing the next morning, was very professional, explained everything that was wrong with my unit in detail. I would recommend him and his business to everyone. Our furnance stopped working on a very cold day, we called the company we have been dealing with for work and like always they said it was "busy season" and they could not help us for "a while" I have 2 small children in my home so instead of waiting who knows how long I began calling other furnance repair companies and climate answerd very quickly and was able to get someone to Our home THE SAME DAY. They had to wait on parts to come in to fix our unit but they had our home fixed as soon as possible and for that we are so very thankful. From now on they will be my first call everytime. Thank you guys so much again for everything you've done to help our family.
