We purchased a home built in 1901 that had been refurbed. My husband is retiring and is not here in the home with me yet. What was installed was pieced together, and worked around and the old ducts had this all attached and tried to make this all come together. Well along comes 85-90 degrees in central OH, I had only been in the house for 2 weeks and that was enough for the unit to flip its breaker and stop working.

I was surprised how many HVAC service company's are not open after hours. Of course it was after hours and I needed help,

From first talking to Jessica on the phone, to having Ken come out within 1 hour, our experience has been top notch. So comforting to know there is actually customer service still. Ken explained everything to us, hubby on the phone, me in person. We were able to make an informed decision on what needed to happen. Unfortunately, the bad news was, if we wanted it done right and not have to worry about it for years down the road, we needed to replace it and start all over again.

Ken was so good to us, recommendations, how this will work better, efficiently and the way it is supposed to. Within a week, we had our new system installed, along with new duct work, and Ken even came back to put new vents in the trunk line so the guinea pigs would be comfortable.

We would never hesitate to refer Climate Heating and Cooling to our friends and family or anyone who asks.

Climate Heating and Cooling did an amazing job replacing my AC. Communication with scheduling and the techs was phenomenal. They explained the pricing ahead of time and they were fast and efficient on the day of installation. Thank you!!

Had another company supposedly coming between 12-4, never showed. Called climate heating &cooling around 5:30. Kenny was here within an hour. Super great people to deal with and we’re definitely using them again. Thank you so much!

Ken was FANTASTIC! He came out right away and went straight to work diagnosing the problem. He explained everything so we understand what went wrong. Repaired the furnace so that is in working order.
I would absoloutely call Ken again and recommend his services to everyone.

I was totally amazed at the customer service Climate Heating and Cooling has! Started with Jessica who setup our appointment on through to Ken and his helper, Derrick. I called them this morning and explained our issue, she told me the first available appointment was a few days away, I let her know I would be available if they had a cancellation – they came that afternoon!!

Ken was very polite and professional; he took the time to explain to me what was going on with our unit and let me know the next steps that need to be taken. He also suggested ways to stay comfortable until we could get things taken care of.

I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to others.

I called Climate Heating & Cooling to inspect my old HVAC system that was well past it’s life expectancy and has started causing me problems. I called early morning and was able to have a technician at my residence the same day! I was greeted by Brandon with climate, As he diagnosed my AC he explained thoroughly the causes of my problems and the most effective and cost efficient solutions. In the end I was able to repair my unit and have had no problems since he has left. If I run into any heating and cooling situations in the future I’ll definitely be using Climate, Greatly satisfied and will highly recommend to others.

Techs came out and gave a fair estimate to clean my duct work. They showed up on time and were professional, thorough and inspected the Furnace to find out we had some faulty parts, 1 day later I got an estimate. I cant say enough about these folks, from the nice ladies who took my concerns down and scheduled me, to the technicians that came to the house. Thank you

We hired Climate for a new furnace install and we are beyond happy with the results! Everything was done in a professional manner and no shortcuts were taken. Kenny takes pride in his work and we will be using them for all our HVAC needs! Highly recommend

My experience has been great! I called with an emergency, got a phone call first thing the next morning, they came out assessed, and had a new A/C unit that week. Kenneth is great super personable, professional, and really cares about what he does. Thank you so much! Would recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about Ken and this company, and their services. We have been struggling with other companies for almost 4 YEARS to get our system fixed. After thousands of wasted dollars, we are FINALLY comfortable in our home after Climate actually fixed our issues, and for a fraction of the cost compared to others. Ken and his company truly care about his customers. We are so grateful we finally found them! Will use them in all future homes.

Provided the best service we have ever had. knowledgeable , friendly, honest , fast service called them after hours for furnace issues they came within hour. We needed a new furnace returned the next afternoon put in a new furnace corrected faulty work that was done prior to us owning the house. Took time to educate us on how proper working of furnace would highly recommend for all heating and cooling needs.
