TCS is great and did a good job for us. They were quick and professional. The guys are very nice and seem to care about their work. We're happy with the end-product. I am giving them a 5-star review but one thing might warrant a 4-star. They gave me a price range and the job ended up at exactly the highest number they gave me. The main reason I did not deduct a star is because I could have been more assertive about it and I was not. I would definitely call TCS Roofing again but would address this up-front. Nonetheless, we're happy with them!

TCS Roofing is a small company with great people. They should be your first call for roofing needs.
My first interaction with TCS was a year ago when I had minor wind damage to some siding. Other companies told me it would take a week before they could inspect it. TCS answered the phone directly and came out the same day.
The following year, after some wind damage to the shingles, TCS again came out the same day to inspect the damage. They patched the damage the next day. They did a lot of work with my insurance company to get the right kind of repairs.

A bad storm caused a tree to crash through the back of my house. The first tree removal company I called on a Saturday morning said they could come on Wednesday! A few years before TCS had done an excellent job installing a new roof, so I called Tyler for advice on a tree removal service. He came right over and coordinated with a tree service who came that night. Tyler then boarded up the two windows and side of the house. He coordinated all the work for repairing and replacing siding, gutters, windows, fencing, patio brick and inside drywall work and painting needs. He also patiently dealt with all insurance requests. Tyler, Clint and everyone on their team were caring and did excellent work. I thank them for giving me the peace of mind that everything would be fine. They will always be my first to call.

Tyler was awesome to work with. He was very prompt in coming out to inspect our roof when we noticed a leak, explained all of our options, and is very kind and courteous. Excellent customer service! We unfortunately kept having a lot of rain, which impeded the repair, but Tyler kept in contact with me consistently with updates. He even reattached a small, peak section of our siding that our ladder couldn't reach :) We were fortunate enough to not have any major damage, but TCS Roofing will be the first one we call for any future issues.

Tyler was very thorough when he inspected our roof. We had a leak inside, and he found the issue quickly and even resolved it the same day! He was very friendly and honest about some other areas we should have taken care of to prevent problems in the future. Highly recommend!

The owner Clint and his team are professional, hardworking, and honest individuals who are extremely easy to work with. Moreover, they are well versed in dealing with tough Insurance companies, as well as being competitively priced and knowledgeable about their craft! Tyler Jones, their manager and sales representative, assisted our family in both our roof and siding replacement after a bad storm. He was extremely transparent and walked us through the entire process from the moment we first met him to the last day his crew was on our project. TCS is amazing! When our roof was damaged last year, they responded to my Facebook post immediately and Jonney was at our house within an hour to tarp the damaged areas. Shauna and Jonney then helped us through the insurance process as the insurance company balked for over FOUR MONTHS. Without their patience and expertise, we would never have known how to make a successful claim and get the insurance coverage we were legally due. TCS always responded immediately to texts, calls, and emails. After a long winter, we now have a beautiful new roof and new gutters and we couldn't be happier. Tyler was really on the ball. He came out the same day I contacted the company. He explained what he would do to correct the problems the wind had caused. He sent over the proposal the same day. I signed the contract and within 2 work days he came out and fixed the issues. I was thrilled with the work! I would definitely recommend TCS roofing!

My old roof leaked from rain damage. Called ten companies in the area. Ten! All of these listed in the BBB website. I left a voice message in 8 of them. One returned my call 2 days later (kudos to Tarheel). 2 answered my call right away: Eagle Eye Roofing and TCS Roofing. Eagle scheduled an inspection 2 days out( kudos to Eagle). Yet, Jon from TCS checked my roof same day late afternoon, sent me an estimate that night at 10pm and roof was fixed next day by Noon! how about that? He left some spare shingles just in case. The price was very reasonable! Today it rained and my attic was dry as hell. It was a good job.

I had a leak in my roof. I called Justin and he was at my house within an hour to see what was going on. It ended up being an ice dam. He had it cleared up within a hour. I would highly recommend him for any service.
