Constraction reviews in Kent, Ohio

This company came out and replaced our sewer line. They were thorough, organized, knowledgeable, timely and honestly I don’t think we could have had a better experience. We shopped around and this was by far the best quote we got and overall the best impression! Best improvement we have made on our house and we couldn’t ask for better service!

I hired N&J Excavating to prepare the a pad for my new storage shed. They did an excellent job. I will hire them for any future work.

Hired N&J to remove a couple of small tree stumps and to move some heavy rocks for landscaping. Nicholas did a great job. Very careful with the lawn to avoid any damage and has a gentle touch with the machine when needed. Also very reasonably priced. I will definitely hire N&J again when I need work done with their kind of equipment.

We hired Nicholas to waterproof our basement and he did a great job! There was significant water issues and damage to a couple walls. They fixed the foundation issues and did a great job waterproofing. And they were far more affordable than the other quotes. Thank you for the dry basement and peace of mind!

Nick came out to our property to give us a quote for excavation, was very quick to meet us, professional and knowledgeable. I sent him all my house plans after he evaluated the property, only to never hear from him again. That was 3 weeks ago.

Great service, Nick was very informative and did exactly what he said he would. Will do business with him again in the future!

I run a construction company out of North East Ohio and trust Cistone's Excavating Services with all of our projects. I will continue to recommend him.

What a relief to get a pro to plow our driveway! Rapid response from a true professional with a pleasant demeanor & willingness to do what’s needed. He also shoveled snow from our deck. Reasonable price too!

I can’t recommend Cistone’s Excavating Services enough. From start to finish Nick made the process easy and affordable. If you are looking for a hard working responsive contractor Nicks your guy.

I have known Nick for many years and I can say that excellent work and honesty are in his DNA.

When I needed some excavation work done in my back yard this fall he worked with me to come up with a plan and then took great care to follow through. All work was done in a timely, efficient manner. Nick was careful not to damage areas of my yard that were not being worked on: he had to navigate his equipment around a fence that I had put a lot of time and money into building the previous year. The work was also in close proximity to my neighbor’s fence and a bush that I had spent years growing.

In the end I can say that Nick was able to turn a job, which I had been dreading for a while, into an excellent finished project. I highly recommend him.
