Reviews of local pros in Kent, Ohio

I recently had the pleasure of working with TCS roofing to replace the roof on my home, and it was a smooth experience from start to finish!

From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the team at TCS demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and a willingness to accommodate my specific requests. Tyler took the time to thoroughly explain the process, answered all my questions, and provided me with a detailed estimate that fit within my budget.

What truly impressed me, however, was their flexibility and willingness to work with me to meet my unique needs (I can be a bit picky), as I had some specific requirements for the project, including:

• A specific type of roofing material
• A particular color scheme

The team at TCS, not only listened to my concerns but also went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the job was completed to my satisfaction. The actual replacement process was seamless and efficient, I’m pleasantly surprised how quick they were! Not to mention, the crew was respectful of my property, and cleaned up after themselves.

I can confidently say, that TCS genuinely cares about their clients and strives to deliver top-notch results that exceed expectations. It's clear that they take pride in their work and are dedicated to building long-term relationships with their customers.

If you're in need of a reliable and skilled roofing company who will listen to your needs and accommodate your requests, look no further than TCS! Their exceptional service, combined with their competitive pricing and commitment to quality, make them the perfect choice for any roofing project.

Thanks again for everything Tyler!

I highly recommend TCS! I had a roof leak and they really saved the day! They were so polite and friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond and schedule, and very reasonably priced for my roof repair. I am so happy to have this company in my town!

Jon was very attentive and communicated in a timely manner. I had a quote and several options for a roof, siding repair, and gutter/downspout replacement very quickly after inquiring. He made sure that we were getting the best value we could and was extraordinarily flexible with our schedule. He even found an irregular piece of corner siding that a previous job had messed up and is going to find a way to properly patch it because he didn't like the way it came out. Highly recommend!

The white is my before the dark grey is my after! I had called 5 other companies after our March wind storms and this was the only company that responded to me with in hours! This company, Tyler, Clint and crews are awesome! Very through, clean up like I’ve never seen and quality is rated a 10+. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for roofing, siding or just a quote! I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Oh they also did the metal roof on my house! Love it!

I had called multiple companies and TCS was one of the few able to come out and do an inspection for me while we were in negotiations for closing! Tyler came out the next day, gave me a quote, and helped me schedule after we had keys. He was communicative and sent me pictures during the whole process. My roof looks great and my attic hasn't had any leaks since. One of the most reasonable priced roofing companies in Cuyahoga Falls.

I had my roof replaced in June of 2025 by TCS roofing. The new roof has been through high winds, hard rains and heavy snow with no problems. Tyler handled everything from start to finish working with the insurance company which moved the job along smoothly. TCS is a truly owned and operated family business. The crew that I had at my house were some serious workers. I would not hesitate to recommend TCS for any roofing concerns.

We were impressed by our entire TCS Roofing experience. They came out quickly, inspected our roof, noted potential issues, confirmed issues we knew we had, and did not try to upsell us on the work that was needed. They completed the repairs less than 48 hours after we signed our contract and left our home exactly like they found it. We will continue to utilize them for our future roofing needs as they have proven to be trustworthy, reliable, and reasonable. Thank you, TCS Roofing!

TCS is hands down the best roofing company around! Tyler and Clint are incredibly respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable! Tyler is able to clearly explain what needs done and there are no gimmicks. Had him replace the roof on our old house and he handled everything with the insurance company. The process was completely effortless! They also took care of some siding work and installed new gutters. Fast forward to our new home and we had Tyler and his team out again to replace the roof and install gutters on our garage and the work was, yet again, impeccable. The amount of care this company pours into their work is extremely admirable and appreciated and they will go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied before they are done with the job! Do not go with any company other than TCS!
