I had JR and Eric from Apollo Heating and Cooling out for an issue with my air filter register, and they were outstanding from start to finish. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it efficiently with great attention to detail.

They were also personable and professional, which made the visit genuinely pleasant. If you’re looking for a reliable HVAC company, Apollo is the real deal — and JR and Eric are top-notch.

Many thanks to Kyle M, Alan A, and Dylan R who installed a new boiler system in my home. They did an amazing job! Not only did they install the new system quickly and efficiently, they also made sure that every radiator was working properly. They explained everything about the new system and stayed at my house until the system successfully completed several cycles. I have never had such wonderful heat and such quiet radiators in my house since the day I bought it. Thank you again to Kyle, Alan and Dylan for doing it all correctly and with care.

We haven’t had central air in our house for about four or five years now I pulled the trigger this year and called Apollo only because they have been in my neighborhood so much this summer and we have them come out and do an assessment on our house and then we came to an agreement. Got a contract written came out today 8-29-25 and 4 1/2 hours later we have central air agian and so very thankful to the techs David and his partner sorry he did tell me his name but my brain is really bad in remembering namea. They did the whole entire AC system in my house Dave, the technician and his partner holy God knew exactly what to do and got to work. These guys are the best. I have to say they moved mountains today in my house. Please, if you’re in the need of plumbing and heating or AC or any of that, please contact Apollo ask for Dave for the AC unit. I would have dave as my twch and his partner again. Steve, who is the person that comes out and talks to you about everything gives you quotes measures everything to get you the right unit And he did amazing at our house. Our unit was either a two or 3 ton and we needed a 5 ton for this house so for years and now we have the right size until to match our house.

Devon and a co-worker (forgot his name) replaced a leaking shower valve. All welded copper connections that should last 50+ years and clean installation. Also added shutoff valves because they were missing. Very happy with this experience!

Frank was amazing! We were having issues across multiple systems that others weren’t able to correctly diagnose and had so many questions. Frank was patient and very very knowledgeable! I would give 50 stars if I could! Extremely happy and highly recommend the team at Apollo.

The service I received from Man C was exceptional good. His customer service skills are excellent. He explained everything very clearly and was exceptionally polite. Man C would be the tech that I would want to use again. Apollo was very good and I will use again. Jacob (Jr) & Luke are an awesome installation team! The industry can use more installers of this caliber. In my opinion they went above and beyond while installing our new furnace and AC unit. Arrived on time and performed installation in time allotted. Found no remnants that they were even there. Thorough testing completed. Explained usage of new units.

I had an outstanding experience with Apollo thus far. Frank was the technician who came out to diagnose the issues, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my system. Because of his honest assessment and clear explanations, I felt confident moving forward with replacing the units.

Dezmond handled the sales side of things and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He asked great questions, listened to what I was looking for, walked me through my options, and helped me select units that made sense for my home and my needs. He was patient, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right solution rather than just selling something.

Paul K. was great, he quickly diagnosed the problem and even had additional knowledge on what might have caused the problem to begin with. He gave me several options to chose from and did not pressure me into any of them, just simply suggested the best course based on facts and not sales. He talked to my home warranty company as well, explaining why the replacement needed to occur and why it is important to get this done soon. Apollo and Paul exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

I don't normally leave reviews because everyone has a job they are trying to do to the best of their ability however, the refusal to come back and even check the work performed when we were in the same predicament just 2 hours after Apollo's departure is unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.

We called for our main sewer line backing up on a Friday and requested a drain snake and hydrojet. Apollo was able to get there same day and look at the situation we had going on. They quoted us two prices for both services (one with the monthly membership and one without) and said they wouldn't charge for the camera. We felt the price was high based on previous quotes received and stated we would pay the dispatch fee and didnt want them to proceed. The technician then offered to call to try and lower the price and came back at similar pricing to what we had been quoted by other companies as long as we enrolled in the monthly program so we decided to proceed since they were already there. The technician cleaned the drain, hydrojetted and stated they were able to camera to the street and clear the line (but the camera died so we couldn't see pictures). The technician stated that they identified a root protruding into our pipe and quoted me for a repair that would need to be scheduled to be done. Within 2 hours of them leaving, the line backed up and we again couldn't use our water. Since it was after hours, I called them back first thing when they opened on Saturday morning and the lady stated she would get someone out in the morning and no dispatch fee would be charged since theg were just there the evening before. Once morning passed and no one showed, I called to get an updated time and ended up with a call from the dispatcher basically stating drain cleaning isn't guaranteed and that we needed a repair that was identified and she was refusing to send someone to come back out unless they were doing the more costly repair. Regardless of the repair (which we realized needed completed or we would keep having issues), we needed to be able to use the water in the house since the repair requires permits from the City (not opened on weekends), would need scheduled, and would be more costly than expected. Not to mention, we paid for a service that lasted a whole 2 hours.

All of this to say, we called A-Z Plumbing (Arco Home Care) who was able to come out on Sunday morning and clear the pipe for us using the snake and hydrojet (even where the root had invaded the pipe and where the majority of the clog still was) enough for us to use the water in the house for the past week while we waited for permits from the City to be approved for the repair that needed done.

My furnace went totally out! I had a contract with another company. I called them. They could not service me for 2 days. Then they said 1 day. I have 2 little babies in the house. I told them I needed them out that day. Especially since I had a contract and it was an emergency. They were NO help. I called Apollo and they came out within 2 hours and Bill was my technician. He was extremely nice. Very knowledgeable, and even though he has to come back we do have heat in the meantime. Thank you Apollo. I will be using you from now on.

Very professional and informative. Didnt mind all the questions I had. Also did not make me feel pressured into anything. The guys that installed our system were great as well. Very kind and even let me know that there was an issue with a water line of mine, tho it had nothing to do with the job he was doing. I will recommend Apollo to anyone looking to upgrade their heating/cooling..

If I could give you 10 stars I would. Jacob thank you so much for working with me staying in touch and helping me with things outside of your organizations scope of practice. Apollo heating and Cooling has done fine work on my home previously. I called them about switching from an oil furnace to a heat pump system as well as an electrical panel upgrade from 100 amp to 200 amp. Jake stayed in contact with me gave me a great offer was willing to work with me on system and price and also gave me an organization I could go to to get my heating oil tank disposed of. To Apollo Heating and Cooling I want you to know you have a fantastic team My family thanks you. Thank you again for making our home that much more wonderful.

Jacob and his crew were outstanding! They maintained constant communication with me to let me know what was going on during the installation of my new hot water heater. They did an excellent professional job with the plumbing and electrical work, and left the area spotless when they left.

Right, so my wife and I opted in for multiple services to be done to our house including installing a brand new showerhead for our bathroom, a brand new kitchen faucet, an H2 Ultimate system, a Reverse Osmosis system for our water and the biggest service being replacing our entire piping system connected to our water main. Paul and his team of technicians, Mike and Tyler, went absolutely above and beyond and were polite and professional all day long in their efforts getting everything installed the right way and looking good. Overall the entire package we went with was about a 10 and a half hour job and they got it done in one day (not an easy task when you're dealing with working with the city to dig up your lawn). Even more commendable considering I personally complicated things via a miscommunication on my part but thankfully everything was still completed to a professional standard. My family and I are more than impressed with the results and are extremely pleased with how everything looks and runs. They even cleaned up inside my house after everything was done which they didn't have to do so I definitely appreciate the extra effort! Once again, the BIGGEST of thanks and gratitude to Paul and the rest of the Apollo team. Keep the actual good and talented employees in your business, it definitely shows :)

Let me say. Jeff is the best. He was concerning took his time. He did not leave until all me questions were answered. And made sure follow up was made and I was comfortable with everything. Thank you again customer service is everything. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Great job.

Travis is a great presenter. Very patient and professional. I enjoyed him very much. The two Dave’s came to install a new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. In 6hrs they got the job done. They were extremely polite and helpful. Dave kept me up on all that he was doing. I will be talking about Apollo to anyone I talk to.. Thank you for a job well done!! ❤️
