Waking up to no heat In the winter on a Sunday morning is never a good thing.
I called Wright heating and Cooling approximately 9:50 AM. (No, that was not the time I woke up.)
I tried to do things on my own before calling. I used their emergency system to get the ball rolling.
I received a text message and email shortly thereafter. I read that my service technician would be there in the window of 11 AM and 2 PM
To my surprise my service technician Tony, called at 10:30 AM saying he would be there by 11 AM.
Tony was prompt, courteous And knowledgeable. He was able to have me up and running with heat coming out of my registers by 12 PM Oh, the glorious heat!!
You don’t know what you have until it’s gone.

Wright Heating and Cooling was very pleasant to deal with. Came out within 24hrs and even offered to come after hours same day with short notice. Tech was very knowledgeable and had my problem resolved within an hour. Prices were fair too. I would definitely recommend and go back to them for any future HVAC repair needs.

Had an issue with our furnace. They were able to get us on the schedule same day and got our furnace working. Very fair yearly service plan was also offered to us and cheaper than corporate companies! Absolutely going with the family owned business!

Tech was very nice and knew his stuff. Price for an igniter for my furnace was astronomical. I found one online for just under $100. $450 for a service call and 45 minutes labor is pretty steep

The staff at Wright Heating & Cooling are the best. Timely, efficient, and professional, and their fees are very reasonable.

We have used Wright for over 20 years. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable, don't overcharge and honest.
Eric came to our home to fix a problem with our furnace and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Was very nice person and knew right what to do.
We have also worked directly with Fred over the years. He is great to work with and provides fair pricing.

I contacted Wright HVAC to schedule inspections of the two furnaces in my house and to figure out why the humidifier had stopped working. They were quite helpful and were able to come in two days, which was fine as the furnaces were working.

Eric showed up as scheduled. Unfortunately the on line software needed to perform the furnace safety inspection had gone off line but he was able to diagnose the humidifier. The control panel was not sending the correct voltage to the solenoid that controls the water flow. It needed to be replaced. They provide a quote for the work. They ordered the part and Eric returned the next day.

He installed the new panel and then we discovered that a relay switch was not working. This took a not inconsiderable amount of time as Eric checked and recheck the system and reworked the wiring to match mfg’s schematics. A new rely switch was ordered.

He then performed the safety inspections on the two furnaces. He is very knowledgeable young man and didn’t might explaining the control features of each unit and answering my questions about them.

I have a 97 year old multi story house. Maintaining an even temperature in the original portion of the house works best if I run the fan continuously. He was able to provide an estimate of how much additional electricity would be used. It turned out to be not that much more than letting it cycle on and off.

Eric returned the next morning with relay. He installed it and got the humidifier back on line. He also made additional connections inside the furnace to tie the humidifier in correctly so that it would operate automatically.

Again he is very knowledgeable and persistent in tracking down and correcting problems. I’ve worked out town for years and had not aid much attention to this unit when I’ve been home. I am now retired.

I’ve come to believe that it was not installed correctly years ago by another HVAC company.

Out home office is heated and cooled by Wright. They are friendly and care about making sure the installation meets our expectations and back up that work.

We also appreciate that they are a great local partner that always has time to help other small businesses in Kent.

My technician Tony was excellent and very thorough. He explained everything in great detail and was very personable! Every time I have dealt with Wright, their customer service is above and beyond; from calling into their office and scheduling the appointment to the end of the service appointment. They never disappoint! Thanks so much!

Had to get a new heater because the heat exchanger cracked in the old one and was leaking carbon monoxide. They did a really good job of installing. They were fast and very friendly. Great service A++, highly recommend!

We have used Apollo many times over the years and found them to be good and fair and courteous. But lately we can't get them to call us back after several times we called them. And their prices have seemed to have gone way up. Also, they were going to send us 3 different estimates the next two days, and they have sent NONE in almost two months.

What has happened to them?

Furnace went out at 10:00 AM. Called Apollo and their technician arrived before noon. He, Josh, diagnosed the problem in no time at all. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Done by 1 something and saved the day.. because the big storm will be here tomorrow.
Prompt and polite. Price was very reasonable.

James is amazing. He is very professional. He explained everything in lamens terms so that I can understand. He informed me of when he was leaving and returning. He was on time and efficient. He cleaned up and was honest. He even gave me information to keep the hot water tank from having any future problems. I will remain with this company for future heating and plumbing needs.

Highly Recommend! Everyone we interacted with was very professional and knowledgeable. They installed a new hot water tank in the summer and now installed a new furnace and AC unit. Happy both times with their service.

Very satisfied with Apollo! I woke up to no heat, did some quick Google searches and chose Apollo based on all the great reviews. They were able to send someone out within a few hours the same day. Clayton arrived ready to help. He was very friendly and respectful, took his time to examine my furnace and shared several photos while explaining his findings. He offered me a few options for repair and maintenance, and got my furnace working again. I appreciate Clayton's explanation and professionalism throughout and luckily it was an affordable fix. I will gladly rely on this company for any future needs.

Josh was great! Very professional & worked quickly to get our heat back running on this very cold day! He also played with our dog when she brought her toys over to him which would earn him 10 more stars if google allowed that.
