Every single part of this adventure was top-notch from start to finish. From Bill and Shawn in the initial steps to Jacob and Luke during the install - Flawless. Jacob and Luke were probably the best part - Great personalities, professional and answered all (and I mean all) of my questions. If I were going to install another furnace, I'd want these two guys specifically back to do it. Hands down, the best. Thank you!

It shows quite a few things but mostly how Apollo diagnosed the issue. Jacob, the technician, who I've learned is no longer with the company, did an incredible job diagnosing my HVAC system issue. He determined the static pressure was too high, and I need double the amount of return I had. He pointed out a code violation, and he even did the calculations right there onsite. He also took out a temperature gun to determine the hot and cold spots, which were spot on to what I was feeling. Without Jacob, I don't think I would have had a properly functioning HVAC system today. He did a detailed diagnostic test of literally everything in the HVAC system and was able to pinpoint the issue. I appreciate Jacob and Apollo for helping to figure out the issue. Would highly recommend, especially for diagnostic testing. It is definitely worth the $98 because they will be able to diagnose the problem and provide a detailed explanation of what was wrong. THANK YOU, Apollo!!

Professional and thorough, as well as friendly, especially to my puppy who thinks he’s bigger than he is! The person that took my call was very personable. I explained that on New Years Eve I had a company I have always dealt with out to look at my furnace. They got it running. The next day I had the same problem. I called that "Reliable" company again New Years Day. The tech on call never returned my call. I called the next day three times. Never got a call back.
I'm glad I called Apollo. They only charged me a portion of the regular fee since the furnace had just been serviced. Impressed! We would like to thank Josh for his service. He was very friendly and thorough. We know he had to make a trip to Akron for the motor he needed to fix our furnace. We appreciate his time and professionalism. After dealing with getting ignored all day by the other company.We really needed a positive experience and that is what we got.

Very highly recommended!!! Absolutely the best experience, customer service & technicians. We had a new heat pump and water softening system installed in our residential home. Jacob took care of our every request as project manager and answered each question in a timely manner. Mike and Leonard came out to do the install and were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating, respectful of our home and very thorough in their workmanship. When I commented how "clean" their work and final outputs were, they jokingly said, "Well, you did get the best". I can tell anyone and everyone though that their comment is no joke...they are the best. Thanks again to Apollo and their very experienced and caring staff for a beyond positive experience!

Jacob Jr and David S came today on time to install our new furnace. They continued the great service we’ve received these last few days from Apollo from the initial diagnosis, the salesman, and now installation when our furnace malfunctioned in single digit weather. Jacob and David were courteous, professional, and worked well together. When installation was complete they showed me the features and how to use them. Definitely five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Josh S stopped by today, because my furnace stopped working. He was able to get it working again quickly and it was free, because I had purchased the 10 year warranty when the furnace was installed. I dont always purchase warranties when I buy things, but with an investment the size an hvac system and the cost of repairs for those systems, its totally worth it for that peace of mind. Thanks Josh!

We had the best experience with Apollo Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They gave us the best quote compared to others in the area for a new HVAC system. We had Allen and JR out to install both units for us yesterday. They replaced everything including the filter box and lines to the furnace. They came out right at 8:30 am and worked until it was completed, without stopping. They walked me through everything they were doing and even what was previous installed incorrectly that they fixed on this new install. They also spent time educating us on both of the units and the new wall thermostat. They were kind and respectful and even did a great job cleaning up the spaces on their way out. Our AC is running better than it ever has now. And they made sure to test everything, including the heat before leaving the job yesterday. I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Apollo after going through this process with them.

Excellent service from start to finish. All ppl I spoke with were caring and personable. Very prompt and professional too! They helped me to understand every step of the way. I had a furnace and ac unit replaced bc my furnace was 27yrs old and finally quit and in the middle of winter. My ac unit was next bc I had been warned this summer by someone else that it could go out anytime since it too was 27yrs old. Kaden was kind and thorough. Showed me all the pics and explained everything well. Very efficient. Then introduced me to Travis who would be walking me through the new appliance process. Both were great to work with. Travis even pulled my trash can up for me before he left. He left space heaters until the install which is the very next day. I had a wonderful experience w this company during a really stressful time in my family's life. I am grateful for them.

Had an emergency that caused my furnace to overheat during one of the coldest weeks of winter. Thankfully, I received help from Man, who diagnosed my issue, an evaluation from Steve, who helped me compare my options, and JR and Luke, who took care of resolving my problems. Each of them was very kind and personable and provided me with exceptional service. Apollo did a great job and made sure my family was able to live comfortably.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, personable, and professional. They clearly explained the issues I was having with my old furnace, walked me through all my options, and did a fantastic job with the new furnace’s installation. Shoutout to whoever did the exhaust ducting, it looks great!

Excellent service. They might not be the cheapest, but they are thorough and professional. Logan did a wonderful job installing our tankless water heater. He took his time and the installation went smoothly. They took care of everything. It looks great. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Logan went above and beyond cleaning after the job was done!

Clayton and Travis were both extremely professional and pleasant. Clayton did a thorough and timely diagnosis and Travis was very friendly and answered all of my questions and worked with me on everything I needed.

Dave and Dave were great during the installation as well, they explained everything and did a great job.

Apollo put a brand new furnace in our house. They claimed it was a more energy efficient system yet my gas bill has doubled and this past month it tripled compared to what it was with my old furnace. I would be very careful when listening to them claim what they call energy efficient.

Had to call Apollo to come look at my Great Uncle's house. The furnace wasn't running and we couldn't get it to turn on. Bill came out and informed us do to the age of the existing one, parts would be hard to get and could be unsafe to operate. Travis came out the same day and gave us a quote for a new unit and running some additional vents. This was all the day after Thanksgiving. They wouldn't be able to do the install until Mon and it would be a 2 day job. He left some space heaters so we wouldn't have any issues over the weekend. Monday morning we received a phone call and a text that the crew was on the way. Landon and Jacob were very nice to deal with and answered any questions that I had. They also were respectful of the house and property. They were able to have the furnace running by the end of the first day. Overall a great experience on calling a company we only read reviews about. We will definitely recommend them to anyone, and will call them for any of our future needs.

I recently had major plumbing issues at my home that spanned several days, and I can honestly say this company was a saving grace. What started as an overwhelming situation — one that had me experiencing real anxiety and panic — was made so much more manageable thanks to the kindness and professionalism of every single person I dealt with. From the folks in the office who kept me informed and calm, to the technicians who showed up each day with patience and expertise, the level of care they showed went so far beyond just fixing pipes. They treated me like a person, not just a job. The work is now complete and I couldn't be more relieved and grateful. Seth came out and was pleasant, efficient and thorough. They were reasonably priced within my budget. I even joined their maintenance plan. Edit: We had to call Apollo back to fix our garbage disposal. Paul came out, and he is just a super friendly guy. Super knowledgeable, too! He explained how my garbage disposal works and what exactly needed fixed under our sink. Great experience again from the people at Apollo.

Scheduling was easy. Notified when the tech was on his way. Tech was clean and courteous. Performed work quickly and to expectations. Knocked out two repairs in the same visit. Will definitely use again when needed.
