Outstanding service and fairly priced for a furnace repair!

Called another company first and was quoted an obscene number because it was clear they were trying to upsell me a new furnace. Wright Heating & Air came in, confirmed the problem and charged me fairly.

The service technician was courtesy, answered all my questions and did a great job quickly.

I’ll continue to use Wright Heating & Air Conditioning in the future.

Our AC went out and we contacted Wright to schedule a service call. Jessica in their office was able to send a technician the very same day. Jacob showed up as scheduled and diagnosed the problem quickly We needed a new fan motor. As soon as the fan motor arrived at their office which was within 3 days, Jacob came back out and he installed the motor. Cost was very reasonable, service was beyond great and Wright got us motor at no charge for motor under warranty. Wright is the best!!

Came to the house the same day that we called about our AC unit not working. House was very hot. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it very quickly. Very professional service and would recommend to anyone needs assistance with heating and cooling.

I came home late at night only to find my house cold and the furnace dead! I called 5 HVAC companies and only Wright Heating took the time to walk me through some diagnostics over the phone before they made a service call appointment. The tech came out first thing in the morning and he was fast, friendly, and efficient! I'll never call any other company for my HVAC needs!

Our heat went out on a holiday and Wright heating was responsive and had someone out to our house within an hour. They were communicative and professional through the entire process of purchasing and installation of the new unit.

Fred is always mindful of my needs and getting me the best prices. Steve is thorough and genius with installs and repairs. I’ve used other a/c companies, but would not recommend any of them. Wright is my go-to a/c company! (They don’t service boilers, so that’s why I say only a/c!)

I started having an issue with my 7-year old York furnace - it seemed to be running all the time and was having difficulty maintaining 70°F. I called the company that I bought the furnace from in Hudson on a very cold day and they weren't able to get me in within any reasonable amount of time. I had been using this company all along for the furnace cleanings and A/C cleaning from time-to-time. I called Wright, explained the situation, and they got me in first the next morning. It ended up being a very minor fix, and only a $99 service call. I asked the technician if they had a service that I could pay for to come once a year to clean/service both the furnace and air conditioner. He said yes and gave me the amount, then he called the office to see how to bill the service contract with the repair. The office told him to go ahead and do the cleaning/service of the furnace while he was already here, and then they waived the $99 service call! This is SO rare these days...I am now a loyal customer. Special thanks to my technician and the Wright crew.

I cannot say better things about Wright Heating & Cooling! They got us a new furnace within two days of ours breaking, and even lent us two space heaters prior to install so we didn't freeze. The technicians were exemplary, and went above and beyond. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. WE HAVE HEAT AGAIN!
