I am very happy with the work that EA Home Improvement did on our home. Adil and his crew were very efficient and did beautiful work on plastering and painting our living room, dining room, kitchen, and upstairs. They also removed all of our old carpeting and installed a new floor in our kitchen which was not an easy project to complete due to its layout. They always arrived in a timely manner and cleaned up all debris upon completion. They are true craftsmen and provided great service. I recommend EA Home Improvement for any home improvement projects you may require.

Adil is great to work with! He is very knowledgeable and great at explaining what he is going to do. I felt comfortable that he has experience working on many older homes in my neighborhood which can have their own unique characteristics. Adil was honest and gave us the pros/cons for each decision we made. I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to anyone that is looking to have work performed in their home. A+ he should be your first stop for your home needs.

Adil and his team were amazing. They redid my whole bathroom top to bottom, ensuring that everything down to the pipes was upgraded. It turned out even better than I imagined. They also refurbished and painted my walls, laid down base board, and installed lights. They were very reliable, professional, and accommodating, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for any home improvement projects in the future.

I was really stuck as I was struggling to find good, reliable contractors to help me with quality budget solutions to my rental, a large century house in Lakewood . Then I found Adil of EA Home Improvement - he is responsive (he is fast!), communicative, smart, funny, honest, and just a good quality person. He has really come through with his team. They quickly finished the bathroom, put in new floors, toilets, fixed the plumbing, and now has put in new electrical circuits too. He understands how rentals work and his advice has been invaluable. Adil and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel and we are very thankful we found him. What seemed like a clearcut job turned into Adil diagnosing and fixing issues with support beams in our ceiling, redirecting air ducts, and remodeling part of our bathroom as well. He kept us very in-the-know throughout the whole job and ensured we were aware of our options and potential costs. In the end, we had a very clean and professionally-done kitchen bar.

I am new to the area and also new to owning and older home, so I wanted to find a professional to mount our new TV over the fireplace. It is a small job, so we were especially gracious that Adil was able to make time for us. He was knowledgable, responsive, and easy to work with. Adil and his crew did an outstanding job remodeling the apartment. Adil designed and closely supervised the work. The kitchen was opened to the living area and defined by a nice drop ceiling. In addition to the kitchen and the flooring, the two bathrooms were remodeled changing the prefabricated shower unit to a modern tiled enclosure. We were so happy with the finished product.

Adil and his crew do excellent work for a great value. They completely transformed our dingy storefront into a shiny new bakery, fit with all new plumbing, electrical panel, lighting, privacy wall, custom front counter and tiling. They installed the plumbing and and added electrical hookups for all of our kitchen equipment, and everything is working great. They took care of all the permits we needed, and made sure we passed all of our inspections with ease. They are a very experienced crew, and their communication and professionalism is top notch. Adil and his co-workers are a wonderful group of guys. They did some truly amazing work in my home. The first job, six years back, was finishing my basement. Second one , after two years, was replacing floor carpet by hard wood for the entire house. Third one, after one year was remodeling the bathroom and last job, few weeks back, was replacing the A/C and the furnace with new one. Adil was always reachable by phone. He is more than fair with his prices and did so much more for me than originally planned.

EA Home Improvement has done an incredible job updating our kitchen and replacing floors throughout our entire unit. They have a lot of experience with Lakewood homes and no job is too difficult for them. They replaced all flooring, cabinets, countertops; added a dishwasher, subway tile backsplash, and recessed lighting in the kitchen. All work was done in a timely and professional manner. Our unit looks fabulous! I highly recommend Adil an his team at EA Home Improvement.

Adil and his team transformed our large unfinished 1925 attic from rafters and loose floor boards into an absolutely stunning and modern suite. The finished space is approximately 700 square feet and includes two large rooms, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. The 10ft vaulted ceilings open the space, and the large exposed chimney adds character to the modern kitchenette. Tiling extends from the quartz countertop to the ceiling to create a beautiful accent wall in the main space, right across from the massive window overlooking the street and neighborhood. Adil and his team did everything and worked almost daily for months - electric, plumbing, framing, insulation, HVAC, windows, flooring, you name it. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, professional, and hard working. We never saw anyone slacking off and they all worked harder than I do. I got two other quotes from large construction firms and they wanted to apply the same cookie cutter formula to my attic - cap the ceilings at 8ft, box the chimney in drywall, and no kitchenette. When Adil came into my attic for the first time, I could see that he knew the potential the space had. He immediately started suggesting the layout, talking about how beautiful vaulted ceilings would be and discussing how to best showcase the brick chimney. He always had great style ideas, from the layout of the space to the cabinet colors and hardware. We worked out construction plans before starting and Adil worked with me and the city of Lakewood to get them approved. Adil handled obtaining all permits and inspections, which is an incredible feat in and of itself in Lakewood. Any issues were immediately addressed throughout the process and any modifications we requested were made. I’m a bit OCD but Adil had no problem making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The end result is gorgeous, and now our “attic” is the best thing about our home. My 2 year old daughter used to call it “the spooky” but dropped that name now that it is nearly complete. There are a few details left still but we are highly satisfied with the experience.

I’ve owned rental property in Lakewood Ohio for over 20 years and have had my fill of contractors who either don’t call me back, don’t finish the job (which means I have to find another contractor), don’t clean up after the project is complete, or don’t stand behind the quality of their work. Even worse, many never understood how to do the job correctly in the first place.

I recently had an emergency roof replacement on a flat roof of an apartment building in Lakewood.

To make things worse this flat roof also had leaking skylights which made pitching the roof complicated and time consuming.

I made the emergency call to Adil Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend when tenants called me with active leaking into their bedroom.

Adil and his team of experts responded immediately to the roof leak and began a plan to rebuild the skylights and replace the roof and entire gutter system (which meant calling on his suppliers to provide materials quickly).

His team was on the roof within hours.
They were extremely professional, knew exactly the cause of the leak and how to address it, even working under extreme weather conditions in late November early December.

This was a time sensitive and weather sensitive project they made themselves available even into the evenings.

Incredibly, this complicated roof/skylight system was completely rebuilt within 2 weeks.

In all my years of project management I’ve never had a company respond this quickly, thoroughly, and professionally.

The finish work is high quality and the design work alone was impressive. Adil’s architectural background was the key to the entire project, along with his expert roofer who has been with him many years. Any other contractor would not have had the skills to take this on and do such a difficult job.

I would recommend EA CONSTRUCTION to anyone looking for high quality work done right, at fair pricing.

Adil and his crew installed new tile floors in our upstairs bathroom and completely replaced the wood floor and underlying structure of our outside front porch. I can't say enough about our positive experience. The work they performed was top notch. the outcome of the projects is beautiful and the workmanship was impeccable. In addition, he and his crew were always courteous and professional at all times. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call on him for additional projects in the future.
