Jerry and his team do amazing work!!

Fantastic service at a great price!

Excellent work, priced reasonably, and great team members.

Nice selection of plants very well.Organized staff was great

Started out great but I believe he under-quoted the job and then really dragged his feet getting it done once the work began. I also think he had much bigger jobs that took priority over mine, which I get. But his communication was sorely lacking. The clean-up was very poor and I'm still finding dried concrete that splashed in various places on my house and doors. The finished product looks pretty good except where he rushed trimming up a final area on the patio, which is a little rough and uneven. He stopped by one morning and did it because I had texted asking him to please get it finished since he had been fully paid. I'm not sure if he sealed the new concrete and I want to do that if needed, but he's yet to respond to the text I sent inquiring such in September 2018. I'm going to do ahead and do it myself. Better to be safe than sorry. Could've been a better experience.

Just went to this place for the first time, they had a nice selection of plants with prices comprable to most other nurseries and department stores.

Super cute lil greenhouse in lancaster! Prices are great! Atmosphere adorable! Staff is super helpful

I've been using Natural Creations for over a decade now and have always been satisfied with their service.

Qaulty work poured concrete stairs and walk 7 years ago no cracks from settling. Finish still looks great. Highly recommend!!!

Great team! Quick response even in the dead of winter!

I have had Jerry and his crews for our lawn maintenance for several years now. Not only do they do a great job on the yard, they're never too busy to help with other projects such as installing a fountain, or taking care of fallen limbs. I think their rates are reasonable for the results we get, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Jerry and his workers.

Excellent little greenhouse that is close to home. Prices are extremely reasonable, and everything is well organized. They have a great selection of petunias, from Supertunias to Easy Waves to other harder to find varieties like the Danziger Ray Black and Amazonas Plum Cockatoo. The staff provided great customer service and I look forward to coming back.

We wanted to replace over 600 sq ft of pressure treated decking with TimberTech and add another 400 sq ft to surround the addition of a new hot tub, but we didn’t want the addition to look like an addition. It was important for the 400 ft addition to work seamlessly with the existing decking system. We also wanted to replace the railing, add an additional access point and seating area for the hot tub. After several conversations and site visits, Jerry worked with us to develop a design that we loved. He had to remove a few tons of existing stone to accommodate the addition but was able to reuse the stone and incorporate it into the new design. We’ve worked with several builders and contractors over the years on various projects, and it was refreshing to work with somebody who was open, honest, and present, on the job site, working alongside his crew every day. The project came in on time, on budget, and on target. It was a pleasure working with him and we wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.

Absolutely love this place and all of their plants and flowers 🥰 the greenhouse is beyond beautiful it’s a magical place to be in. Come check it out!

Natural Creations did a fantastic job on our chimney rebuild/repair! Went above and beyond our expectations!
Other companies were trying to get us to do a complete rebuild or just stucco the entire chimney, but Jerry was honest with us from the start. Very knowledgeable about the stonework knowing it just needed to be restored & repaired. They did exactly what we were hoping for! Looking forward to working with them again in the future! Best local company experience we’ve had in a long time!
