Our Furnace went out Saturday evening, they sent someone out that night and they did a temp fix until our new landlord/property manager could approve their service, just so we could have some heat. They came out today, replaced the furnace and Flue pipes. Very polite (The whole lot of em!), gave me a play by play on what they were working on. Very appreciative of their work! Already warmer! Thank you so much!

Added: I'm not sure what else they did but two of the rooms that didn't have heat for two years finally have heat! Now we don't have to use space heaters!
