We had two other companies come out prior to yours and both failed to diagnose what the problem was. One of the companies ordered a part and then mysteriously ghosted us. Our furnace had been out from November until you replaced it January 20th. Great, very professional service and the service tech also found an additional problem with a vent pipe that had gone undetected. Awesome job from all three service people that came out. Thank you!

You have a gem of an employee with Elijah! Responsive, polite (I don’t get called sir very often), knowledgeable and relatable. He explained everything he was testing and why, and was able to diagnose and solve the issue expediently. Highest possible recommendation!

We just bought our home a few weeks ago and the weather was cool. No need for AC. However, when it was clear we were going to need ac soon, Hubbs took care of us right away. Elijah was polite and professional! He assessed the situation and told me everything he was going to do before he did it. He was efficient, knowledgeable- definitely an asset to this company. There were no surprises from him and he met all of our expectations!! Couldn’t be happier with his service!

Fast Response time to install a part for me, great work, good price.

We scheduled a guy to come out and give us a quote on new furnace and AC unit and he was completely transparent will all information. He didn’t hide no hidden fees from us and he told us absolutely everything we needed to know. Definitely recommend this company for new customers looking to add or replace their system.

Had a system replacement with countless mistakes, it's been over 3 years and I'm still paying for their lack of experience. Latest problem was that the TRAP WAS BACKWARDS CAUSING WATER TO LEAK INTO THE UTILITY ROOM ADS ADJACENT CLOSET.. $350 carpentry repair and another$300 for A)C repair.. this after several other repairs caused by their poor craftsmanship.
Need proof! PM me I'll see that you get to either this mess in person.. PS. There staff was horrible when i called for follow ups

I actually don't have a huge problem with these guys in spite of the 3 star review. The tech, I think his name was Victor, arrived at my mother-in-law's house in a timely manner and was very professional and kind to her. My problem is that Hubbs was contracted through a home warranty company and there seems to be some funny business going on between the 2 of them. She needed to have her thermostat replaced and Victor went to the local Ace Hardware to purchase it. When I offered to purchase it and give it to him, he said that the warranty company would not reimburse Hubbs for the service to install a homeowner purchased item. So we had to pay the $65 service call and $100 for a $39 thermostat. That check was written directly to Hubbs and makes it seem as though they are getting paid significantly by the homeowner and also getting a payment from the home warranty company. I have not yet contacted Hubbs or the Warranty company for an explanation, but it certainly seems like something shady is going on here and for a lady on a very limited income, it is certainly not appreciated. Again, very professional service, but the billing is a little suspect.

My Tech was very friendly and respectful. He communicated what he was doing and what was next steps for fixing the issue. I would recommend this HVAC team.

Fantastic experience! Our A/C system was down and they were able to send a technician same-day. They resolved our issue at a fair price and explained everything in terms that any homeowner could understand. No BS and no attempt to sell us something we didn’t need. Thank you for being a great company.

Hubbs is great! I was with another “5 Star” company before. All they wanted to do was upsell me into a new furnace and nickel and dime me. Hubbs came in and took care of me. Very responsive and first class technicians! I will refer everyone to them!

Efficient and friendly. It was great to have a same day service with great communication. They were able to come sooner than planned which was appreciated (they would have stuck to the initial time window provided had it not worked for me but I was happy they could come early). The issue was identified and resolved quickly. Dwayne explained the problem and didn’t leave until he had double checked the problem was resolved and our AC was running smoothly again. He was respectful and polite throughout the service. Thanks Hubbs!!

The guys did a great job of installing our new heat pump. The install looks way better than we had with the previous one done by someone else. Also, a guy came over today to inspect the unit 3 days after install to make sure everything was working properly, was not expecting that. Very happy with everything.

I have used Hubbs before and was pleased this time as well. Victor was very professional and pleasant to speak with.

We always used to use another HVAC company for our rentals but have switched to Hubbs and couldn't be happier. Their communication skills are top notch, they're honest, fairly priced, and they do great work. Highly recommend!

Hubbs completing my annual check up on my furnace yesterday and all was well. However this morning the blower would work but no heat.
They came out immediately turn the electric on and off light cycle a few times and it’s running just fine. I think there’s a gremlin. But I was well taken care of and will highly recommend Hubbs for your heating and air-conditioning needs.

I am extremely impressed with the service I received today. The servicemen is very professional and extremely knowledgeable of checking and repairing my heating unit. He showed good manners and was courteous. I will be more than happy to recommend Hubbs Heating and Air to all my friends and family. Even though my appointment was set for a different day, I asked if they could send someone sooner, they went above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my request in a caring and courteous manner.

I was very happy with the service I received from Victor and his partner today. Both were very polite and very respectful. They worked together very professionally. The job they did was great. Will definitely recommend to others and I will call if I need anything else.
