Our tech DJ was awesome, however when I called to schedule I verified multiple times that the $99 fee was the only thing we would pay for a tech to come diagnose and was assured that it was. We ended up paying $208 for tech labor with the $99 fee. That was misleading. But otherwise they got someone out same day and had good customer service.

Mitch was great! He was very personable and made us feel like he was there to help, not just sell us something. He was able to fix the issue and also give us solutions to keep it from happening again. Five Star was prompt and took good care of us. I would highly recommend Five Star ⭐️!

Everything about my experience was positive. Nathan was friendly and knowledgeable, and made the decision/purchase process as easy and stress free as I could ask for. My system was installed by Brandon the very next day. Brandon was quick, clean and quiet. Everything was completed in one day and the system was up and running in time for dinner. I highly recommend Five Star. We had a few other quotes from other companies in the area, and while Five Star wasn't the cheapest option, I felt the most comfortable with them and the product they sell is top notch.

Communication with the Five Star team was all around amazing! Pooya was very friendly and informative. He found the problem with our a/c unit in a matter of minutes and had it repaired very quickly. The Service tech Brandon was really helpful and explaining what needed to be done with my furnace and was really knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anybody if you have furnace needs

I had such a great experience with Mike as my technician. His communication was excellent, took his time to look over everything and advised me of services he recommended from mandatory to future work. We knew we were going to need a new unit soon. Mike helped us pick the right one and was very helpful finding the right pricing. He even was able to pull off a same day install! No one ever anticipates their air conditioner going out in the middle of summer, yet, that’s exactly what happened to me. I called Five Star and within within a couple hours, Brandon was here. Before the house even got warm! He took his time and showed me everything he found wrong with my A/C, which was dated 2009 - I needed a replacement. He explained financing and the whole process, and was able to verify stock of everything same day. So within 30 minutes of Brandon leaving, the install team showed up, and by 4pm, I was back up and running, cooler than ever!! I cannot say enough how incredible Five Star is!! Without a doubt, they are most highly recommended!!

I was not present for the appointment. My wife said the technician was very professional and courteous. I would however like to see an invoice of exactly what service was performed, because my wife said he did leave with unused materials that he brought for the job. When questions about leaving with unused materials, the price was adjusted accordingly.He did leave the used filter lying on the floor in our utility room. No big deal, however, I would like to know if it should be installed or discarded.

Truly exceptional service by the tech who came to my home in Lancaster today. Excellent knowledge with no price gouging. Integrity in his work while being thorough and educating me at the same time, will be the reason I use them from here on out. So long as I get that same tech every time.

It is outside once it hits about 83 outside : ( …unfortunately after! You can see by the pictures attached still not working : ( ….. I would find acceptable as long as the home didn’t ever get above 78 degrees which I think is very generous to accept in a brand new unit! I don’t know what the next steps will be but I hope we can accomplish that even if we need a bigger unit!!! Again, Chad was awesome!

He had us up and “chilling” in no time. We have Hubbs as our number 1call for our heating an AC needs. 5 Stars for sure!!
