Our 18 year old propane furnace and heat pump had been limping along for several years. The heat pump finally gave out and Mike Bryant provided me a thorough diagnosis and post-mortem. He was strongly recommended by close friends of ours.

His quote was reasonable and accurate to replace my propane furnace and heat pump with a higher efficiency natural gas furnace and air conditioner from Heil. He installed new lines to connect to the Natural Gas company meter and was on-site the day they turned on the gas. He installed a new Smart Thermostat by Ecobee that is purported to save up to 20% on heating and cooling expenses. I have noticed a huge savings so far.

I strongly recommend Mike for all your HVAC needs. He is a man of his word who takes pride in his work. I am extremely satisfied with my new HVAC system.

Mike did a great job of recommending the right system for my house and installing it. He made sure everything was working and went above and beyond to make sure the new condenser was on a level pad since mine had sunk into the ground. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We received (very) fast and effective service that quickly restored our heat. These days good service can be hard to find but that's not the case with Bryant Service Hearting & Air. I will be calling them for all of my future heating and cooling needs.

My AC stopped working Saturday and DJ came out Sunday. He was very friendly and thorough. Brody and DJ both fixed the issues with my AC unit and seem like genuine & honest people. Reasonable prices. I will definitely call them for all my future AC needs. I'm very grateful that they responded so fast and were able to get things working properly within a few hours. DJ offered me a couple price options for my thermostat replacement and explained everything thoroughly to me.

I have zero complaints about my experience with this company nor with the employees who I dealt with in person. The tech who setup my HVAC install (Eric) was very courteous and did everything to get my the best price.

Awesome people and awesome work done! Nathan their Tech guy came out and looked at my system and advised me to get a new system. He helped me pick out a new air conditioning/ Furnace system very easily and help me set up finance very easy too. The very next day when I was at work, they came, and put it in for me while my son was there. By the time I got home, they already had the new system in and already gone. Came home to an awesome job done by them and the house feels nice and cool now. Great job!

I had called 11 places and I left messages with some never got call back or phone numbers couldn't be reached and others couldn't get to me till next week these guys came the same day I called and so far it's working great and as far as the young gentleman that came to fix my ac he was very polite professional and very helpful with my questions I will definitely use these guys again

You technician located the problem. Short at the 12 point plug at the circuit board for the pressure switch. Said that it would need a new wiring harness. Set me up a estimate for a new system because would not be able to repair. After getting the estimate, thought would have nothing to loss in trying to repair. I was able to fix the problem and my furnace is running fine now. Please repair instead of trying to sell new. Really liked the salesman that came out. If ever need a new system will consider your company.

We couldn't ask for a better group of technicians. Our installation was difficult and in a cramped basement . They worked 12hrs solid very efficiently and their clean up was great. They knew what was required and they got on with it.

I love five star, Eddie is amazing! So kind, extremely professional and a very up beat happy person! He made us feel that he had our best interest in mind!
