Always excellent service! Your fairly new technician, Brayden, did a great job. My furnace needed a new part to operate the blower. Brayden showed me the original one (2000 era) which was rusted and had prongs missing. So glad he found this and put in a new part the same day.

Price was competitive and the installation went smoothly. Removal of the old HVAC and insulation of the new was completed in one day as promised. Clean up was first rate.

These folks are great! Had a new HVAC system installed and was very pleased. They had the most competitive pricing and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

The the technician arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed the issue. It was discovered that my heat pump needed replaced. A new heat pump was installed within a few hours.

We needed a new heat pump and propane furnace. I called to set up an estimate and Mike came out the next afternoon to meet with us. He checked everything out and questioned us about any issues we had had in the past. He was very good at explaining everything and even had some suggestions for things my husband could do to correct some issues with the ducts and vents on his own, to save us some money. I received an estimate the next day which was great, since we were in the middle of a heat wave. They were able to get us scheduled promptly for our install. The technicians communicated well about when they would arrive and they were on time for the install. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our new heat pump and furnace. We will definitely use Accurate again in the future. I also like that they are a big supporter of 4-H and they support 4-Hers by bidding on and purchasing livestock at the local fairs each year.

Had a complete HVAC System installed at my home by Accurate. Their quick response by their Rep. to get me a quote to the time to install was excellent. The two installers were prompt and professional. Overcame some burdens and got the install done in short order, cleaned up all areas and reviewed product info. and Accurate services with me thoroughly. Glad I chose Accurate.

Ray did an excellent job with communicating the problems with our old boiler and completed the job after a lengthy process with Columbia gas. We appreciate your friendly, professional and prompt service! We haven't gotten a bill yet, so I can't accurately answer those questions but, in past experiences, Accurate is always competitively priced.

This whole situation was completely bad business. Our furnace failed and filled our house full of CO. 2000ppm to be exact. First call no one showed up. So being mechanical inclined I started checking the furnace out finding out the inside of the furnace had water sitting in it the past 4 years causing the heat exchanger to rust out along with other things. The reason this happened is due to the install tech had the furnace tilted away from the drain 5/8 of an inch off level. I then called and explained what happened and the replacement parts needed. 3 days after originally supposed to be here some one showed up and charged me $109 for diagnostics call. Total BS. 2 days later i was called and told the parts were under warranty but i needed to pay $1034 for labor. So I called service manager who fed me a line of bullshit “it doesn’t matter if it’s sloped away from the drain water sitting in the furnace for years won’t cause this” this was the first red flag this guy must not know water doesn’t flow up hill and water also causes metal to rust. Back to the install error from Accurate. I then called sales guy who sold me from accurate he said get the furnace fixed he will figure it out. They came out yesterday replaced the parts charged me $1290 for 4 hrs of work that was quoted 1034. That was caused by bad install. Please correct your bad business and train your install techs to do better before a family less prepared is affected by CO or some other dangerous situation because of carelessness and bad business on your part. If you have any questions feel free to call me but I won’t hold my breath waiting bc no one ever calls back from accurate
