Reviews of local pros in Lancaster, Ohio

We had a very good experience with David White services. Very professional very helpful to determine what we needed at our home. Would recommend them highly. Our first furnace we got when we first moved into our house 30 years ago. It was a Lenox!

Derek McDaniel came to our home on November 11, 2025 for regular maintenance. As soon as he walked in he smelled gas. He did a few test to see if there was a leak and found nothing and told me to call Columbia Gas. We are so thankful that Derek was here that day. Once our gas leak was resolved Derek came back to complete our maintenance. Thank you Derek!!!!

Prices are great and Chris is the best. He is very sweet and very good at his job. He will do whatever it takes to make sure everything is perfect. Thank you very much chris

Technician was very knowledgeable and skilled in the work he completed.
When he was done, he made sure to clean up the work area.

Didn’t know we had a problem till notify by text. Called the office and Chris sent that afternoon. A few minutes he found the problem. Blower motor seized. Parts ordered and installed a couple of days later. Chris was very cordial and Professional.

Chris made a service call to repair an intermittent gas fireplace. He's personable, clean, efficient and in plain terms, "he knows what he is doing". I'm a 'Chris only' customer. Mike

Derek was very professional and personable. Talked to me about possibly getting a maintenance program. I enjoyed all the help he provided and hope he continues with David White Services.

We are very pleased with the maintenance service on our fireplace that Chris performed recently. He was punctual and very thorough. He was also friendly! He has been to our house multiple times and we are always very glad. Thanks Chris!

Great service and knowledgeable tech. Our previous tech seemed to be collecting money for no service. David White came in and found a few things left by the previous company which could have been costly for us had they not been found. We are grateful to have met you at the Lancaster fair!

Wonderful service! Prompt, professional, explained each step of service and gave me confidence that my hvac system was safe and clean. I signed up for the continued maintenance program. Could not be happier. Thank you so much for your service.

David White Services has been our go to HVAC, gas fireplace dealer for over 25 years. 5 systems and 1 fireplace installed and more to go. Chris has been one of the best service professionals to date (well Tom was until he became the best salesman, lol). Chris is a great guy, professional, knowledgeable, competent and complete! Never ever been disappointed with David White Services (and no I am not this David White)! Thanks to all DWS staff!

Great people to work with. They have done our HVAC and Plumbing for twenty years.

Service done as requested. Tech was knowledgeable and polite.

Very unprofessional and had an attitude the whole time. Repair was good but left it a mess and arrived late. I recommend you go with someone else.

Brayden was very professional and easy to talk with while he was here.

Raymond great—very knowledgeable and efficient. Great service!

Ray is very personable and knowledgeable as a technician. Explains things easily. Great recommendation

Accurate has done an excellent job for me for many years.

We had to have a new gas meter and limes installed. The guys stayed until after 8 pm to make sure the job was done right. 10/10 service and price!

Very professional and answered all my questions. Thanks!

My water system went out after a recent storm. I needed it fixed in a timely manner. They came out the same day and fixed the problem and gave me some suggestions on improving the system. Proffessional, friendly and great price.
