My 1st time using R.N. Smith HVAC I am very impressed. Came out on an emergency call on a Saturday morning an diagnosed the problem an made the repair the following Monday. Very reasonable cost. The Tech explained things about the furnace that I had no idea. Very knowledgeable.
This will be my go to HVAC company.

I had been quoted a ridiculous number for replacement of both furnace and a/c when my furnace died in the dead of winter. When I called R.N. Smith for a competitive quote, Doug in sales provided what I asked for but his quote was thousands less than the original quote for the same products and install. Despite my interest in scheduling the replacement, he requested that I allow someone from their team to do their own assessment.

Turns out it was a simple motor replacement, saving me many thousands of dollars. The work was done promptly and it was clear they cared about doing a good job and relieving the stress of living in 50-degree indoor temperatures.

The unit is aging and it will need to be replaced eventually. When it’s time to replace my furnace and a/c, R.N. Smith is where I’ll be sending my business.

The folks at R.N. Smith (Jason and Tanner) did a Professional job installing our Tempstar High Efficency 80,000 BTUh two stage furnace in a most expeditious manner. Our current furnace had seen better days (18 years old). The follow-up by Chris to inspect the workmanship was exceptional too. I can thank Dustin (Sales Mgr.) for the quick service from the time of the initiated call of my non-functioning furnace, to the final installation process. Great job folks!

The tech was punctual and knowledgeable. He was very personable. He did a great job. We will be calling them again for a heat pump in the future when our 23 year old air conditioner finally stops working for good.

RN Smith came out to our church and installed 15 WiFi thermostats. They did a great job. It did not take very long to get them all installed and they did not leave any mess behind. They came and helped me get all of the thermostats online and answered all of my WiFi associated questions. I did have some struggles with trying to override the app lockout (it was a manufacturing thing) but they did contact the company and get the information that I needed.

Got my furnace fixed right before the major cold temps set in.

They were very professional and communication/scheduling was very thorough. I was called with timing updates due to a slight delay in their arrival so I wasn't sitting around waiting and wondering which is so appreciated! The men were polite and my new furnace is great! I would definitely recommend!

Brian from RN Smith is the best contractor I’ve worked with hands down. He installed heating and cooling in our house as well as our pole barn and he gave his timeline and was always prompt and professional. He worked with other contractors I had installing at the same time and was at my disposal even after the job was finished. Top notch. Might find a little cheaper but not better.

I recently had both furnace replaced and one air conditioning unit by RN Smith. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Brian explained all my options very well and Bill did an outstanding job installing the equipment. I was impressed with the installation and the way he cleaned up all the mess involved. The basement floor was actually cleaner when he finished than when he arrived. He was very polite and worked very hard.When I originally researched companies, I was a little concerned, (wanting a good job). I am glad I hired this company. They were great and I would hire them again, if needed.

Brian came out to give us an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioner, and spent time with us explaining options and cost. He was very knowledgeable and provided lots of information. We ended up getting a new Trane furnace and air conditioner and wifi thermostat. We and are very pleased with the new equipment and how the technicians handled the install. They were very friendly, professional, respectful and did a beautiful, thorough job. I highly recommend R.N. Smith. They have been doing business for many, many years and you can rely on their service 100 percent. I have used this company multiple times over the past few years for heating and ac issues. The techs are awesome. They have never tried to sell me parts that I don't need. Almost every time, the issue has been fixed without having to replace anything. If a problem arises again within a short period, they don't charge anything the 2nd time. Today, they got a tech to my house 2 hours after I called.

I had such a great experience with this company! Our furnace was not working correctly, they came out the same day to look things over. The two gentlemen were on time and very thorough. They explained our options and we decided to just go with a new furnace. We had a problematic set up in the area the furnace needed to be installed and they were able to trouble shoot work arounds. The installation team was just as punctual and professional as the repair men. This is such a great company!

Our furnace stopped working last night and our house temp got down to 45 degrees. We have 2 boys and animals which we got the boys set up at warm house for the night. 5 star heating and cooling who installed the furnace was not able to make it out for over a week. We were recommended by a plumber in Pickerington to call this company and you guys came out within 3 hours. I believe the service tech name was Jason and let me know exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. Now lets hope this work is covered by the warranty!!! Will not call anybody else besides R.N Smith. You guys have a customer for life and will have multiple referrals. Thank you guys!!!

I have used Rn Smith twice now and if 3rd time is charm, I am in for a real treat! I had a leak from the air and they fixed it very quickly and did a thorough job of servicing my furnace for winter. Explained everything that they did and was reasonably priced! Thank you to the" tall lanky guy" for being honest and dependable! Appreciate that these days, it is a rare find! If you want someone you can trust, call these guys!

We have a tech from RN Smith come out to inspect our furnace annually. The office staff is always friendly and helpful when setting up the appointment.
Our technician in 2023, Brent, did a thorough inspection. He then sat down with me and explained, in detail, everything that he had done and the condition of the furnace.
The service was excellent. I highly recommend RN Smith for all of your heating and cooling needs.

RN Smith was recommended to me by co-workers as I am still new to the area. Each time they have come, they have been prompt and ready to go. New unit was needed and they went to work on getting me the best deal for the best unit for my home. Install was smooth and the installers were courteous and very nice to work with. Would recommend and will continue to work with them in the future if any further work is needed.

They were very patient and polite on the phone, especially when I wasn’t answering because I thought they were a spam number!

The men that did our installation were very nice and pleasant, professional, and efficient. They accidentally tracked mud down our stairs carpet, and they immediately cleaned it themselves despite us insisting they did not need to worry about it.

Came to house because heat pump was making rattling noise tech tightened 4 bolts on top cover of heat pump rattling stopped there approximately 10 minutes charges me 120$ no dianogists etc totally rip off for that kind of money
