They did a great job. They had to trouble shoot several items to find the root cause of all the outlets going out. They were extremly knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were also super friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future.

The communication was outstanding for the schedule team to the installation team, was sent a photo of the technician so we knew who to look for. Technician was outstanding, did not try to oversell, sold us a product for our needs, clean, efficient, and room is better than when Julian Williams came, Thanks again Julian and will use Apex Pros again.

Justin was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about our issues. He performed his duties quickly and even started cleaning up messes that I was going to clean up. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. Had the price been a little lower, I would’ve given 5 stars.

Septimus came over to troubleshoot what was wrong with my heat. He found multiple small issues to test but ended up realizing it was a bigger problem than we had hoped. He got me a quote, helped get my trane coverage situated, and part picked up and installed all in the same day.

He was a very kind and genuine guy that took his job serious and provided incredible customer service.

We had a pipe under our sink that was cut too short before installation and ended up falling apart eventually. Matt from Apex came in, determined the root cause, fixed the problem and tested the pipes to make sure there weren’t additional problems. We’re part of the Care Bear program and “frequent flyers” with Apex so we got a reasonable price. They’ll give you a quote before they start their work to see if pricing is within your range of affordability.

I had a sump pump with battery back up, installed today by Alex from Apex plumbing, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and skilled plumber.
He presented all the options available, explain the cost, and discuss the pros and cons of each, allowing me to make a pressure free decision. The installation looks great, and he cleaned up the area afterwards. Throughout the process, he maintained a professional and friendly demeanor.

I called in the morning and was scheduled an appointment that afternoon. I was kept up to date as to when the technician would arrive. Braden arrived on time, was very nice and professional. He told us everything he was doing, did a thorough job checking our furnace and replaced a part. We had peace of mind knowing that our furnace was in great condition. Thank you Apex and thank you Braden.

Ron was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained what was entailed with a furnace tune up and was very efficient. This is our 2nd time using Apex Pros and services have been outstanding.

It may have been a great price, I didn't shop around as much as I should have. But Rob was very friendly. He also gave me multiple options for the new hot water tank. He laid out the costs vs benefits and didn't try to up-sell me once I made a choice. He went back to get the tank I selected. Removed the old one, added the new one. He did have to call in Hunter, another tech to help to get the old tank out. It had a sludge build up because of a well issue. It was a mild delay, but not an extra charge. Very happy with the work, will update if something sideways happens, but that seems highly unlikely.

Our well pump and pressure tank completely died on us on Tuesday night leaving us without any running water. Chad and Melvin did a great job coming out, replacing our pump and pressure tank while also being a joy to have a conversation with. They left all of our areas cleaner than when they originally arrived and were in and out in less than a day. Super great guys and highly recommend them if you’re looking for any type of plumbing work done. They were super polite, funny, and knowledgeable. I’ve used apex before in the past and will definitely be recommending either of these two for any of our future needs!

Lucas from Apex Pros came to my home to do some “minor” (to him) electrical work. Very personable and friendly guy. He had all the parts he needed to complete with him in his van. Got the job done real fast and it looks great. He didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder while he worked and I enjoyed our conversation. Would highly recommend Apex Pros.

Matt was wonderful and professional. Not only did he detect the leak that another company misdiagnosed but he fixed it on the spot. I appreciate the service provided and Matt also used a leaf blower to clear the path so he would trample leaves into the house as he worked. I will recommend Apex to all my family and friends.

Same day service for leaking hot water tank that needed replaced. Excellent service, installation steps and warranties explained, as well as regular maintenance. The installation took no time at all and it was a quality installation. Extremely satisfied with the service I received from Mica. Highly recommend.

They did a good job. They took out my 28 year old furnace and instead the new one. I have natural gas. They upgraded the old exhaust and fresh air intake pipes. They also gave me CO2 detector and replaced thermostat on wall. I had older Google nest thermostat. The new one they installed can connect to Google Home or Apple Home or Alexa. It also has a temporary sensor, you can put in different room. If you want more you get more sensors for other rooms. The sensors can also detect motion. So they can tell when someone is in room and adjust temperature for that room. My older Google Neat E thermostat can’t do that or do Matter. So the thermostat was a nice upgrade also. The Lennox is very quiet compared to my old Carrier. The Lennox I had installed has 2 stage heater. It can basically run at 50% when it’s not really cold. Then 100% when it really cold. I had estimate from another place. They beat that price also and arrived at house next morning to install new furnace . They are fast I was not expecting next day install.

They made improvements in 28 years to these things. You can compare my older one to the new one.
