Never showed up. Wasted my entire day waiting and NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER!!!

Job was done well and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Cost was high though. Scheduler couldn’t give me an estimated cost up front but a 30 minute sewer scope ended up costing me $350.

Superstar company from the receptionist to our tech, Johnathon! I was very impressed from start to finish. Very unusual for a service company to be this professional as well kind and detailed in the way they treat their customers. Very impressive!

Our tech was the nicest, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job, maybe a little overpriced but labor is not cheap and we were back up and running. Grateful to even get a tech when everyone was having flooding and sump pump issues.

I talked to you guys and a half hour later James showed up and took care of our problem. Both the service and price were great. He did an amazing job. Our compressor had broke and had no idea why since it was a 3 year old unit, romerial came out and got it fixed and diagnosed that the HVAC company who installed it basically just threw it together and went about there day which caused the issues that happened. Cannot thank him or APEX enough for diagnosing it and getting it fixed as quick as they did!

We had an excellent experience with Apex Plumbing! Their technician, Jerey Miller, was outstanding from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our leaky faucet, explained the problem clearly, and fixed it with skill and efficiency. Jerey was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home—he even made sure everything was spotless before leaving.

Eric and the guys were SUPER nice and helpful. They answered all my questions, were professional, and efficient. They did a full day of work on my house and I feel so much safer knowing all my wiring and outlets are new and tested.

Supper fast, I called for service yesterday and done renew the AC unit today ! The workers are very patient and work very hard.

Roco was able to problem solve. He was presented with a very unusual situation. He repaired outlets under horse waterers and did a good job at it. He worked very hard and did not waste any time.
