They were fast and fair with pricing able to work with me on what I needed to have done. An issue arose shortly after with something out of their hands but when I called I was met with a quick response not only on the phone but as well as on in person to make sure that the issue was resolved. I couldn’t be happier with the work and the quality that was put in place.

Eric & Nick @ Pipe Works found our plumbing issue preventing us from getting final inspection. Now we can get our Final Inspection. They did a great job and recommend them to any and all.

Efficiently resolved my self inflicted frozen pipe and valve issues. Answered my questions and provided some solutions to potential plumbing issues not related to the frozen pipe.

It is hard to find someone you can trust. It is my opinion these folks operate as a family style (old school) business and will be my go to for all plumbing needs. Already scheduled for the team to contact me in the spring for a water softer "system" evaluation and update. Eric took it upon himself to schedule it so I didn't have to call in.

Their pricing was very competitive!!

You won't find me making recommendations or post reviews, but like I already said, if you want that old school confidence, then PIPEWORKS should be one of your first phone calls!

Great service. Left a voice message for a non emergency repair on Sunday afternoon asking for a call on Monday. Promptly received a call Monday morning and service call was initiated and replacement made to kitchen faucet.

Have used Pipeworks several times and very satisfied every time. Price is fair, never tried to BS me. I’ve tried other plumbers and was surprised at the incompetence and outright crappy customer service.
Pipeworks is a 1st class company

We had a gas leak, the city came out assesed the situation and shut off the gas. Lancaster required replacement of everything from curb to meter. Called Pipeworks, they sent someone out to look at it and had an estimate in less than an hour. The guys were great, fast and did a wonderful job. Cleaned up the yard where they trenched very well. Highly recommend! Thanks Ion and Mike! Bang-up job!

I lost my regular plumber and found Pipeworks with lots of positive reviews. My experience has been excellent! Nick was able to diagnose and advise on a tricky leak/replacement part. When the part came in, he was able to get things fixed up and made sure all the connecting pieces were appropriately in working order - in under an hour!

Great service as always. This is the 4th time we've used Pipeworks for plumbing projects. We had a leak on our PRV and needed it replaced (Before and after pictures attached) They were able to work us into their schedule quickly and do the work in a timely and professional manner.
