Apex proc was really quick in showing up to fix bathroom faucet Alex Carder was the tech who did the work he was very friendly and did a great job and was very nice to my dogs even though they were probably getting on his nerves

Jensen, came and checked our issue and also heard what we wanted to about adding filtering. He quickly isolated the issue with pressure and fixed. He suggested a few things for the filtering and figured out to address issues.
He did a great job with both issues. We're extremely grateful for his work. The filtering is something we've been wanting to do for years, but thought it was to big of job.

Thank you very much for everything today. We will be calling again for future work.

Hunter was very pleasant to work with. He got the job done in one day.

Apologies for the delay. Matt Dickson was a huge help. On Saturday, I Saw him in a parking lot at Home Depot and asked him if APEX did work on weekends. He asked what the problem was and then tried to help me find the right part. He gave me his card and I called later to set an appt. On Monday he showed up on time and got straight to work installing a toilet. Then helped me install a floor and coached me on how to do both the toilet and floor better. He did great work, and was very friendly the entire time. When I need help that APEX can provide, I will call and I will ask for Matt again. Great guy that does great work.

Braden was very great on explaining what was wrong with our furnace that stopped working , Braden and nick gave us multiple options and were very great and knowledgeable people ! We got our issue resolved with replacement of the furnace and couldn’t be any happier with Braden and nick ! Sincerely the Davidsons !!

Julian Williams explained every details and the problem with our leaking pipes. He was polite and respectful and he appreciated our conversation concerning our plumbing issues. He explained the care bear club to me and my husband

Our sewer lateral was backed up due to tree roots. John from Apex came out 2.5 hours after calling dislodged the problem then a camera discovered the roots. Came back at 5 with the equipment needed to remove roots. We viewed camera and all roots gone. It wasn’t cheap but I was very pleased with the job done.

Had a ruptured pipe/equipment in craw space. All local plumbers were busy for a week. Remembered your paint job on trucks and gave you a.call. It was later in the afternoon but canon was kind enough to come and determine trouble. He was very kind, professional and friendly. Pressure tank had busted. Canon went through options and good and bad of both. We made the choice because of Canon’s recommendation. As stated they were back early and completed the job before lunch.vert professional and kind with their work. If Plumbers ever needed again we want Apex and Canon. Thanks again

When I called about a clogged drain, they wanted to come that afternoon. I was working out of town, so I set it up the next day. Shawn Scurlock did a great job of explaining and worked very quickly. He gave us an estimate up front and was on his way in no time.

Austin is very kind, thoughtful and professional. He and his assistant were both very considerate of our property and went above and beyond to make a clean installation of new water heater and even labeled the home supply line as well as the water tank lines so they are clearly marked. I am very grateful for their service.
