Home Inspection on a contracted sale of 1960's renovated residential home. I wasn't remotely aware of the many issues "below the surface" until I met Mr.Kramer on site for a post-inspection walk-through. He was not quick to walk around and through the house, but took time pointing out observations, answered my questions, and provided recommendations as to how to address those issues. He didn't conclude things until he was sure I had no more questions or concerns regarding the house and property. He provided a thorough 116 item report the same day, which contained the significance of each issue and ways to address them. He also provided a helpful maintenance document and responded promptly when I texted him with a question. Highly recommended- I will be asking him to do my next home inspection.

Steve was very thorough & professional. Took time to explain what was going on & how to go about it. Answered my questions without trying to belittle me or brush off my question. I needed an inspection done asap & he was their the next day 20-25 minutes early ready to go. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Steve is VERY thorough. The amount of detail that is in the report shows how meticulous and detail oriented he is. His perspective is to let you know as much about the house you are buying as possible, from the minor to the major, so you can make an informed decision. After creating the report he spent significant amount of time walking me through it, explaining the issue and the proper fix. As a non-handyman this was very instructive. After all was done, he has continued to answer my follow up questions and provide thoughts as needed. In net, if you are buying a home you want steve on your side. In addition, if you haven't maintained your house, I would encourage you to hire Steve to show you all the things you should fix so you dont have long term damage. As you can tell, I am a very happy and satisfied customer and would recommend steve wholeheartedly.
