Electrical reviews in Lebanon, Ohio

Steve was a pleasure to work with, his report was incredibly detailed and meticulous. He is good at what he does, and keeps his promises. Steve performed a Home Inspection for us, due to the character he showed during the inspection I can confidently recommend him for any service he offers.

Steve was wonderful when I was buying my home! I put an offer in on One house and his detailed inspection saved me from entering into a contract with the seller that could've potentially cost me thousands! I was able to put in an offer on the house I ultimately decided to purchase and used him for that inspection as well! If you're looking for a professional to look out for your best interest, you definitely have the right person with SK2 Home Inspections.

Steve is great. Very thorough and even though the house I had him inspect was small he did not skimp on any detail. I will recommend his services to everyone!! His report has been very helpful in my home buying process.

Steve did an incredible job running power to our new hot tub. He expertly asked questions, surveyed the site and provided viable options for us to consider. The biggest positive was his responsiveness and professionalism. He expeditiously provided online quotes and arrived and finished on time. He won the work out of five quotes. Very reasonable quote. He's #1 on my list for future electrical work. Thanks for the great service Steve!

I have used Steve multiple times and each experience has been great. His prices are competitive but more importantly he does great work. His follow up afterwards is second to none. I would highly recommend him based on my experience.

Steve has been awesome throughout my first home buying experience! His inspection saved me from buying what I thought was the right house, which turned out to be the wrong one. He is professional, thorough, and very educational. He goes above and beyond, with the buyers best interest in mind. Thank you Steve, for helping me find the perfect home!

Steve was very professional, experienced, and detail oriented. He spent time with us reviewing his findings and walked through the home to give suggestions on fixes based off priority. We would absolutely use him again and plan to call Steve when we need some work done. Great service at a great value.

Steve was punctual, honest, and finished the job quickly and efficiently… Highly recommend him for your electrical needs!!
Upon reading the majority of positive reviews and very few negatives, I can attest to 30+ years in customer service that you can’t please all the people, all the time !!! That being said, SK2 was EXCEPTIONAL in response and communication !!!

Highly recommend! Steve inspected two homes for us through the home buying process. He was incredibly thorough with both of his reports to allow us to be the most informed when buying our home. He walked us through the home and pointed out areas that would be shown on the report. He did not shortcut or cut corners on the inspections. His work allowed us to make the best purchase. Thanks for your great work Steve!

We are selling our home and needed Steve to help with a electric problem and he was quick to respond and solve the issue.
He did a great job
I would highly recommend Steve

Steve and SK2 was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He communicated well, provided a fair and honest quote of the job and stuck to it. SK2 was able to get me scheduled quickly and showed up on time and the lighting installations he did look phenomenal! Could not recommend him more and we will certainly be a repeat customer if we ever need electrical work ever again! He’s very knowledge and our home is better because of his work! Highly recommend Steve and his company for any electrical needs in your home.

Steve with SK2 Electric did a fantastic job. I needed electric out to my livestock building’s. Steve came through! His price was fair market price and very competitive. He is very professional and thorough from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend Steve with SK2 electric for any need electric work. Nothing too small or too big for this guy!

Speedy work, looks great and functions just as I need it to! Steve was professional to work with and flexible when there was a conflict with timing. Highly recommend his work.

We had an emergency and Steve can right out to help us. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and fair priced. We could not ask for better quality or service. We will recommend him to everyone we know!!

Called Steve around 2pm and he was out at my house an hour later. Quickly diagnosed a problem I had with a breaker box and did a great job repairing it for a fair price. Thanks so much Steve! Highly recommend 10/10

Steve is really great! My parents have been using him for years and gave him a call for us when we had an issue with power in our condo.

Luckily for us, he was able to come right away and diagnosed the problem immediately. He fixed what he could and let us know the rest of the issue would likely be up to our home owners association.

Since we know absolutely nothing about electric, he took photos and wrote out the issues so we could present it to the HOA. This was extremely helpful.

We are very grateful to have such a knowledgeable electrician to call when something goes wrong and would recommend Steve to all of our friends and family!

We hired SK2 Home Inspections And Electric to wire our stand alone garage for lighting and the garage door opener. The job required installing an underground cable through conduit from the house to the garage. Three previous electricians had turned the job down. Steve from SK2 completed the job in one day and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results and the cost was very reasonable.

I've had Steve complete several inspections for me and he is very knowledgeable and thorough. He is much more qualified than your typical home inspector that meets minimal standards of knowledge and experience.

Awesome upgrade on my shop! Steve did a fantastic job, and had everything cleaned up, so I could get right to work when I opened my shop back up.

Steve is thorough and knowledgeable. I can always count on him to do quality work for me and for my real estate clients. He is my number 1 go to for electric work! Highly recommend.

Steve did a great job installing a 200 amp panel in my garage and hooking it into my house panel. Had to dig a trench between the garage structure and the house and run about 100 feet of 0 wire. Great job all done in one day
