Bought a brand new system from them in 2022. Our AC is out..made false promises to come out or at least follow up on the promises you made to fix our AC system. I called Friday and was told possible Monday .. then best they can do is a "possible" Friday but no guarantees or wouldn't even put us on the schedule. I have no clue if they would come out or not
Putting a future date and confirming it would be OK by me.. .Our "comfort membership"expired after a year and because of that we won't be serviced or held in priority - ok fine
I could not wait I called another company to come out because we have guests renting our house If it was me, id be fine putting up with the heat for two weeks, but when you run a business you can't have that
I called a new company, They did a leak check and found all the freon gone. They determined I have a bad evaporator coil. This should be under warrantyThey told me they won't service my account because I wrote this review on Google. I am shocked after paying for an entire system from them just 3 years ago they cannot even confirm a date to come out - even if two weeks out. I see all the good reviews on here, but this are the facts I would be careful and make sure you buy 5 years of comfort to get priority service Will be attaching more later. Attached is proof of dishonesty. Secondly " further service your account" really. I don't recall any service
As to the exaggerated phone conversation. The rep on Friday gave me Monday, the rep on Monday has no clue i was promised anything or even had a conversation. Its like calling 3rd world support when the previous person has no clue the history of my calls. Then they argue with me. I actually called earlier that week when the AC was going in and out .. in that case no service unless your completely out -

Called on a Sunday as our furnace was not heating. Had Jacob at our house within an hour and he did a very detailed job diagnosing what might be wrong. Jacob was very Professional. Will call US Heating again!

Brad M. was wonderful! Very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly. He also told me you guys do air duct cleaning and the price for that.
