We had returned home from vacation to almost no water pressure. It was determined that the well had received a strike from lighting during the recent storms. Response from Bassett Services with in 1 hour new well pump and pressure switch replaced, and all done by 1700 hrs. Great guys!!
Tyler Brown did a great job checking diagnosing our problem! We thought the electrical was a problem when my wife wash shocked touching the fridge. Turns out it wasn’t an electrical problem and he provided a referral for someone to fix the fridge.

Great communication on when the tech would be on-site. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem. He also advised us on steps we should take to get our house up to code and gave us a quote for that without being pushy about it which I really appreciate.
My most recent experience with Bassett was positive and I will say since they took over from True North it has been better overall. The technician Dale was very good and knowledgeable but the one that was sent out initially seemed to have misdiagnosed the problem which led to an electrician getting involved unnecessarily. I do plan to ask for the money paid for that initial visit to be applied to my membership as the part that needed replacing was under warranty
Joe McCulloch did a great job of explaining the estimate and going the extra mile to find the unusual size of meter yoke. The actual install was fast (and there wasn't even air in the lines when he was done)! Great customer experience and definitely recommend!
