I have had amazing experiences with this company. As an investor and owner of the remodeling company construct plumbing design, LLC , has helped me from servicing water heater to plumbing entire house and multifamily. I have also referred them to many of my clients and fellow investors Who have been very pleased with their work.

We contacted Construct Plumbing Design to do the plumbing for our new build home. They gave us a great price and the crew that worked on our home was top notch. They got our job done fast so we could move on with the project, we also had them install gas line inside the house and they did an excellent job on that. If we ever need a plumber again, we will be calling them.

The arrival was in the time that I was told. The pricing was quite reasonable. I had a kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal switched out. The work was done in a timely manner. He verified that there were no leaks and everything was working properly. And cleaned up.. I am quite happy.

I called Dave from CPD late in the evening because I had a sump pump issue that flooded my basement. He answered and assured me he would get someone out the next morning. I got a call from CPD at 7:30am and had someone out immediately. Lucas not only fixed the issue, he educated me about how the new sump pump and backup battery worked. Not only was the service and customer care amazing, the price was much more reasonable than other companies in the area. They are my company now and in the future.

My sister had a plumbing emergency and had called a well known plumbing company, which quoted the cost to fix at $17,000 at first, and then $3500, as a secondary price to shortcut measures. I had a referral to try this company, so I reached out to them. Within an hour, they had called, scheduled an appointment, came out and did a temporary fix for a couple of days, until they came back and finished the job for $ 2500. My sister was so pleased and grateful.

Reached out to CPD because I needed a new water heater, it was so bad I had to shut the water off to the entire home. Huge inconvenience! They were able to come super quickly and save the day! Logan is very knowledgeable, personable and got the job done right. From the moment I called till the end of the service, they took great care of me! Highly recommend them for any plumbing job you need!!

I recently used Construct Plumbing Design to help me assess an older electric water heater that was no longer heating. We reviewed several options for replacement and ultimately installed a tankless gas unit. They were extremely helpful in coming to the house several times to help me with questions and to meet with the gas utility company to review a meter upgrade. Overall I am very impressed with their customer service, product recommendation, and follow-up to ensure we were satisfied with the installation and product performance.

Our plumber did a fantastic job. He was quick, efficient and polite. They were super easy to schedule with and have excellent customer service!! Would totally recommend them to anyone!!

Very punctual, friendly and nice installers. Kenny and Craig were great about explaining things to me, so I could make an informed decision. Would highly recommend. They also were able to fix my hot water heater less than 24 hrs later.

Typically, I don’t comment on services, but I’m compelled to give the folks at CPD the full compliment. Mine was not a huge job but Patrick was efficient, clean and quick. He helped me sort out next steps and made my project his top priority. I now have a plumbing company I will call on for future projects. Plus, I know I’ll be treated like I was their most important customer.

We had a major clog from our kitchen sink and were unable to clear the blockage on our own. CPD sent Patrick same day and he fixed us right up! Patrick explained everything thoroughly and was very professional! 10/10 will use again!

Needed a new water heater to replace our 14 year old gas unit and gave CPD a call. They came out the next day, evaluated what I needed, gave me a very affordable quote and was able to schedule the work the next day. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff and worked so quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend them enough. Any future plumbing I need done will certainly be through CPD.

CPD is great to work with. We had an issue with our basement ejection pit pump and they came same day to resolve the problem. Patrick was very helpful and gave us advice on how to care for our system.

Dave and the team at CPD are THE BEST. I’m blown away by their generosity, expertise and integrity. I’ve used several large plumbing companies in the past but my experience with CPD has been second to none. I’m a customer for life. Plumber Dave, Patrick the Technician, even Rochelle, the wonderful gal who does the scheduling… the whole team is full of GREAT human beings who are genuinely trying to take care of their customers. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My wife and I had a great experience. We needed a water shut off fixed and a few spigots outside fixed as well. I had great customer service call about the details and how it would go. We moved to a condo so they even handled all the calls to HOA to organize a shut off time and even got it done within the next day. We truly appreciate their service and getting the job done in a timely manner.

I needed to have an expansion tank replaced and an exterior septic pipe repaired. My service tech, Logan, was very knowledgeable and professional. He got the job done in no time. We got a few estimates and Construct Plumbing Design LLC (CPD) was by far the most reasonable. I will be using CPD for all my plumbing needs from here on out. 10/10 recommend this company.

John, Tommy and Patrick were fantastic. I know the job they had to do on my floor drains weren’t going be fun but watching the progress they made and seeing what they had to do to fix my issue I couldn’t say enough good things about them or this company. That old school saying, leave it better than you found it, they absolutely did. They cleaned up everyday like they were never here. London is lucky to have a local plumbing company that will help guide you through the best decisions to get the issues fixed and save you money while they do it. Gave construct plumbing a call this morning to see if they could come out to change my faucets. They were able to come the same day. Kenny and his assistant was able to change the faucets quickly. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.
