Our sewer lateral backed up from tree roots in the line. Patrick was able to clear them and get us a video showing the condition from the main line back to the house. They got here on time, communicated before they arrived, and exceeded expectation. Don’t hesitate to call this company when you need them!

Was very kind and courteous but their pricing was way on the high side. Their labor costs would have been $2500 for a days work.

Apparently, we aren't worth Long's time. My husband has called 3 times and has been told we would be put on a "list" to come out and give us an estimate on a repair. Someone was supposed to come out in the beginning of the week and here it is, Thursday evening, and not even a call to let us know what's going on. I guess our business and money will go elsewhere.

Had a new furnace and ac unit put in and absolutely love it. Did a great job on installing everything and very reasonable on price. I will use again for any other projects.

My sister has called for an estimate and had been scheduled several times with some type of excuse to reschedule or not even showing up. Very unprofessional when they answer the phone like it is just a regular phone and not a business phone. Will not recommend to anyone

Called on Wednesday and was told that I would be getting a service call by late afternoon. I waited and by 7 pm l had to call back to find out they wouldn't be coming that day. The woman promised to call me back. So she said l will have a man come out at 8am Thursday. I agreed to that. Well Thursday came and I had to call at 830. The lady said they are loading up the truck. At 930 l called to cancel.

I had longs plumbing do the pipe work in my basement and it faild inspection miserably. So I had him come out a second time and re do it and it failed again... so I made another appointment for him to come for a 3rd time and he never showed up. Longs plumbing has no business doing anything related to pipes or plumbing. They have no idea what they’re doing at all. I would recommend you let a chimpanzee do your plumbing before you let longs plumbing do it.

I would recommend Longs Plumbing to all in need of repairs. They responded to my call on a Saturday immediately and professional manner. For a weekend visit the charge was very affordable.

Ive had a few poor experiences with longs plumbing now. The 3 times I've called them the person answering the phone just says"hello". I've had to ask everytime if I've called the right place. 1 time I had a pleasant experience which I'm beginning to think was just a coincidence. 2 of the 3 times I've used them they didn't show up, or call to say they weren't showing up. I'll not be using longs plumbing again, or attempt to I suppose.

My mother in law had a broken 20+ year old furnace and needed a new furnace. This was right before a predicted winter storm with single digit temperatures at Christmastime. Long’s was very quick and attentive to make sure she could stay safe and warm. We are thankful and impressed.

Waste of time and money
What do you know, each of the three services calls I've had them out for and paid them for, are all unresolved issues again in less than a year. Bad capacitor, bad plumbing line replacement, resulting yet again in a bad drain. Waste of 1k, 200 of which they still want to send collections for bc I paid their employee cash.

Dave was very prompt. That is the only good thing I can say. He totally took advantage of me. I was charged $1600 to have an $800 water heater installed, and he would not provide an itemized receipt. He also was going to possibly repair a roof leak. He called the day before and asked if he could come by to look at my roof vent because "he hadn't seen that type before" and then proceeded to charge me $160 dollars for the visit he requested. I am a single female homeowner and trusted this person. Just awful.
