Great company. Quick response time with excellent customer service, which is rare these days. Victor was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my service issue and explained things along the way. I would/will use them again. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic! This should be your first call. A tree pulled all power lines off our home. So much thanks to Buckeye Electric for a quick response to a emergency situation. Had to reconnect power line and entire new circuit box. You can not beat the professionalism and work by Victor, Eric and Greg. Thank you for all your help. So very much appreciated!

Lost electricity to two rooms in our house over Labor Day Weekend. John came out on Labor Day and fixed the problem. Very nice and professional gentleman. Would recommend to others.

Had our meter box blow yesterday resulting in power being shut off to our house. A technician from Buckeye Electrical came around 10 am and said he’d get back to me in about an hour with a quote. Three hours later i called to ask for an update, and the person said they’d reach out to the tech. They didn’t get back at all today and resulted in even more delays on having our electricity working again.

Edit: I was made aware I did actually receive an estimate at the end of the day, 5 hours later than the initial estimated time. I initial missed it since I was expecting a call back, and also at that point it was almost at the end of the work day. Again, no communications on the delay of response, resulting in an unnecessary extension of us being without power. Updated to a 2 star review.

Also I think it’s a bit weird and in poor taste to call those who were dissatisfied with their experience to complain how unfair a negative review is.

Buckeye Electrical is a great company, and I’d recommend them to anyone. They were professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. We were really happy with the work. Monroe was the one who helped us out.

It has taken me a VERY long time to find trusted and reliable electricians in this area, and Buckeye has some of the best! We’ve had several of their teams of two out here for various jobs - hanging heavy chandeliers, installing new electrical boxes, moving can lights - and every time they are friendly, show up on time, efficient yet quick with their work, and they’re always making sure to do everything the safe way. Can’t say enough good things about their customer service and will be using them again! Thank you guys!

Victor came out to look at my breaker box and explained the benefits of potentially upgrading to smart breakers for certain ones. I would have never thought of them before! He's very knowledgeable and a huge asset to your company!!
