Great experience with Klaus roofing from the quoting process to installation. We had new gutters placed with leaf guards as well. We were happy with David and his crew who made sure the work was done well and done right.

Klaus is truly the most incredible company! A tree fell on our roof last year and damaged our whole roof. Kyle was amazing and ended up getting our insurance company to cover the whole thing. A year later, our door was having issues opening and Mike was able to squeeze us in the very next day.

The roofers did an outstanding job and were very thorough. David was constantly making sure it looked perfect. We will be using them for anything we need in the future. You absolutely cannot go wrong choosing Klaus Roofing! Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Klaus roofing is the best. I contacted several other reputable roofers that advertise how wonderful the are and some never showed for the appointment and others were so high in price I felt like they just wanted to take advantage of seniors. Kyle from Klaus was on time, and the project coordinator kept everything running smoothly as well as communication to me during the day. Not a single problem not a single disappointment. Josh was extremely informative and thorough when explaining the condition of my existing roof, his professional and comprehensive report and recommendation for replacement, as well as their very precise and thoughtful installation process. When other companies don’t even meet with you face to face and simply email a quote with no explanation, Josh and Klaus Roofing takes the time to ensure you fully understand the process. We had Josh out to give us a quote and it was a great experience. He provided an education and explained the process of replacing the roof and how Klaus would accomplish to that. He was not pushy and provided options.

To do our due diligence, we had three other companies come out to give us quotes. All of them told us similar things to what Josh told us however, in some situations, these competitors tried to tack on additional things like windows, siding, gutters, etc. A few of them were overly pushy in one company I basically had to throw out of my home.

Josh provided a superior experience with Klaus and I have already recommended him to others. No one is ever truly excited to drop money on a new roof, but I can say I am excited to meet the rest of the team and have the headache of a leaking roof behind me for good.

I had my roofing done with Klaus Roofing Columbus and before you decide to get work done with them just know that the warranty doesn't carry over if they close their office!! The leak in my roof that is not even a year old won't be covered by Klaus Roofing because it was issued from that specific office that has since closed. Which, by the way, I was told that they were moving offices and NO ONE told me that it would impact my warranty. I originally had no issues, but now I am wishing that I did not use this company because I am being held accountable for something that should not be in the cards for a brand new roof!

I would have left this review on the Columbus location, but I cannot do that since it is closed now and no longer exists on Google. I just think this is something important for homeowners to know!

I can’t sing Klaus Roofing’s praises loudly enough! From start to finish, their team delivered top-tier service and craftsmanship. Josh was phenomenal—he walked me through every design option, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I had everything I needed to make the most informed decision. He even helped coordinate with the lender and went over the estimate thoroughly.

When it came time for the roof replacement, Ethan was on-site to manage the project seamlessly. Ricky and his crew were absolute pros—they removed a chimney, framed in the patch, installed all new decking, and completed the entire roof in just a few hours. Their speed and precision were incredible!

A week later, despite weather delays, David took charge of replacing the gutters, fascia, and soffit. Once again, Ricky and his team showed up and delivered outstanding results. They were professional, respectful of my landscaping, and left everything spotless.

These guys worked tirelessly—even in the intense heat—and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I’m beyond impressed and incredibly grateful. If you’re looking for a roofing company that goes above and beyond, Klaus Roofing is it!

Also, that Granite Black roof with them sparkling white gutters has me feeling some kinda way! "She's a beaut Clark!"

Fabian at Moras is a great communicator, does a great job, and although I’ve never had an issue with any of the 100+ jobs that he’s done for me, I’m sure if there was ever an issue he would stand behind his work. Fabian did a nice job of organizing his crew and getting the project completed. They worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. The quality of the work was very good. They cleaned up the site and left the project as they found it. I would definitely use them again.

Love my new front door and window. As usual TMC does a fantastic job and are great to work with. TMC is my family’s go to company for renovation projects. They have done 3 bathrooms, a deck, and two front door renovations, for us and we will continue to reach out to them when new projects arise.

TMC just completed our Primary Bath Remodel and we are absolutely in love with it! We want to give a special shout out to Frank, Matt and Carlie. So much fun to work with and very talented. TMC recently completed the remodel of two bathrooms with the addition of an upstairs laundry. A custom closet was also included. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result. From planning to completion, the team was exemplary.
